I just love this place - it's about as far as one of those "chain" pubs as you can get. It just oozes welcoming and comforting ambience. The menu is seasonal, you can tell that everything is cooked to order and they are so "unsnobby" here. If you don't know what something on the menu is you can just ask... more

We were invited to this great pub by Lincolnshire friends for lunch. Having been told of it's status with regards to Michelin we were certainly not let down.
