Awesome place, awesome people and awesome wine and cranberry products. Bala closes its streets off and cater to everyone! So much fun for all. Too bad Bala Falls is getting wrecked...what a shame, it is a gem in Muskoka that is going to be ruined forever.

We took the guided tour and I am glad that we did. We learned a lot about growing and harvesting cranberries and enjoyed it a lot. We were able to taste of the products available and were impressed with what we tried. I wish that we could go back for harvest time - that would be fantastic as they have... More

You gotta love cranberries! Yearly cranberry wine tastings at 1 PM. An interesting flavour for sure. Lots of unique and well prepared Cranberry products to sample at the shop. Just ask the friendly store staff and you will find out some fascinating facts about cranberries. Bog to Bottle: we missed this adventure. Fall is best season to plan your visit... More

We came here last year. While we were in Muskoka, we came back for the wine (excellent as souvenir) and other cranberry related goods. It's a very unique place to visit the cranberry farm.

This attraction has been on my radar for years and finally got the chance to stop when we were in the area and had some time to spare. Off the beaten path, we discovered a wonderful farm, winery and gift shop that people of all ages can enjoy. There are plaques around the area as well as a walking path... More

The place is lovely but empty in the middle of the summer. I would recommend to come in September- October for the view of cranberry picking. Most likely it would be more impressive.

We happened upon this on our travels and just lucky to catch the tail end of a tour. Neat place to see! Good to know: they only run tours at at specific time of day - so it may be good to find out before you head out if your heart is set on a tour.

Found out about the Bog to Bottle tour online which included a walking tour and then wine samples. The tour was a little shorter than expected, just a quick 30 minutes but it did cover some information not provided on the website about the family and cranberry growing. A wide selection of wines were sampled following the tour. Tasty wines!... More
