My husband and I were part of a cooking class featuring seafood. Edgar and Travis welcomed us as if we were close friends. The class was informative, fun, festive and interactive. I would not miss enjoying this class with them and, book early they are popular. While there, visit this wonderful town.

This was our second time attending a cooking class with Travis and Edgar and it is still one of our favorite things to do. Their knowledge, positive and humourous presentation, and great recipes make this a wonderful experience. If you go to Bucerias and do not take one of these classes you will have missed out on one of the... More

We went to the appetizers and salsas class. Edgar and Travis did a fantastic job teaching us how to prepare mild to hot salsas and sauces. We made homemade tacos, tosdadas, enchiladas, tostadas and tlacoyos. They explained the different varieties of chiles and 4 ways to prepare them. We also made a pineapple agau Fresca to drink. The food was... More

Edgar and Travis wonderful and knowledgable. My wife is a foodie and loves to cook. Each year we try to book and they were full. This year we booked prior to our visit and it was very much worth the extra effort in the reservation. Kids loved it as well. We will definitely return!

My husband I did the chef choice class on monday. We had a wonderful time. The class is full with only 6 people. So lots of personal attention and information. Our favorite was the salsa verde enchiladas. Best yet! We can't wait to get home and make this dish for friends. Class was from 6-9 pm. Cost was $100 for... More

Four of us took a Wednesday night class, which is seafood night. The class was hands-on, the instruction was both entertaining and informative, and the food was outstanding. The best parts were the instructions for Salsa De 3 Chiles and for Ceviche De Camaron, followed closely by Crab Soup and Tikin-Xic (Yucatan style fish). The meal was finished with a... More
