I'm afraid of heights but this was great! I felt so secure I didn't worry about anything. These guys are so friendly and fun you just enjoy yourself and don't worry about anything. The swim in the river was refreshing and the surprise at the end was hilarious. Don't miss it!

Definitely do this trip. The guys that guide you are hilarious and fun, and it was cool to hang out with them for the day. The zip line is crazy and it's cool getting to stop for a swim in the jungle river. If you only have time for one adventure in nosara, this is the one.

Bit of a hike at first (no joke), but so totally worth it! The guides are really fun too. Also felt totally safe, and no scary jumps off platforms! Loved it. Go when the waterfall is going. Saw a whole family of monkeys? Even a baby!

Lots of lines, saw lots of monkeys on ride up, fun! Felt safe, idiot proof, they'll get you across the lines and you can go with a guide if you want. Wouldn't recommend for younger kids though.
