This was such a beautiful and friendly place to visit (and stay)- the best hostel/hotel I came across in my whole trip. The rooms were lovely and very clean, the food was good, and the communal areas were spacious and there were plenty of hammocks on the beautiful terrace for all to enjoy daytime and evening lounging. The food was... More

We had the opportunity to choose between an English or Spanisch spoken tour. The guide spoke good English and answered al the questions we had. Dislike: I though the group was really big! More than 20 people. We also had lunch after the tour there, it costed 10 000 COL, but that was too much. Normally you get a lunch... More

While touring the coffee region we tried 3 different coffee tours (we love coffee ...) and this one is by far the best. A friend recommended we stay at the Finca which only added to the fantastic experience. Juan Pablo and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and they make you feel right at home. This tour gives you... More

This is a great tour, I would definitely recommend it! It is incredibly reasonable for what you get ($30.000/ $16 USD) for round trip transportation to and from your hostel, 4-5 hour tour and time to relax at their beautiful location. Also, make sure you have their lunch! It was delicious! They also have a hostel at the finca which... More

We actually stayed at the Hacienda and were therefore able to combine our tour of the farm with lazing around the house, swimming in the pool and generally taking in the fantastic atmosphere that is Hacienda Venecia. The tour was very informative. Only a small group we went from classroom to coffee field. It was great to be able to... More

You've noticed by now how much all the other reviewers have enjoyed their visit to Hacienda Venecia and I am no different. There were travellers from all over the world on the tour with us, yet our group was only about 7 or 8 people, making it not crowded and giving all of us the time we wanted to explore... More

Highly recommend this tour, the guide was extremely knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. There was hands-on interaction, as well as a detailed history of coffee in the region and world. I also recommend the lunch they serve for another 10,000 pesos, it was delicious.

Having travelled 7 countries in South America & Columbia being no 8 we finally (after weeks of fun filled deliberation!) found our favourite & Hacienda Venecia was one of the most memorably enjoyable experiences of our time in his amazing countr. Such a gem & definitely one of my favourite places in the World. We were treated like royalty during... More

I stayed here for three nights, its simply stunning. The old hacienda is a boutique hotel but they also have a guesthouse with swimming pool, full meal service, on site english speaking guides (Alex and Manuel) who are very courteous and friendly. During my stay I did a coffee tour, went mountain biking (provided free) twice thro the coffee plantation,... More
