If you have time before your flight out of St. Lucia, I would suggest stopping off at the beach in View Fort. It’s just before the CoconutBay resort. It’s long and expansive. Very windy and it had a lot of seaweed on the beach but I really enjoyed it for a long walk on the beach and flying a kite,... More

We stayed on the Atlantic side of the island so there was a lot of seaweed washed up but the sand was lovely and soft.

Unfortunately sea weed can be a problem but the Hotel wok very hard to keep on top of it. Did not spoil lovely beach walks. Hotel has beautiful well maintained gardens & plenty of lounges & hammocks.

a lot of sea weed, but they kept it cleared at all times, which made it very nice and clean to swim. the beach was great

The resort did a great job of keeping up with the seaweed problem. They were working hard 2-3 times a day. It made the d=sand a bit hard for beach volleyball, but we still enjoyed it.,

I really liked the chill vibe of this public beach. It's a lot of fun. Good swimming, lots of shade areas for lounging, wind surfing or paddle board rentals, and sweet cafes. Also, it's close to the airport so you see the planes overhead! Hit it up!

Not for children. VERY low-key and discreet. Looks like somewhere celebs might go to be away from it all. I would not want to spend much here. Beautiful...but too quiet for me.

While the sand / shore strip is quite small, the water is warm and the waves are small because the cove is protected by some islands. There are lots of kite surfers. You can find shade under the sea grape trees. Locals and tourists frequent the beach.

The beach is lovely with an excellent bit for snorkeling. Steep walk down a hill but you can get transport up and down if your buying drinks. worth a visit
