At dusk... a few meters away: deer running trough the tall grass, a buck belling and watching us from a distance.. a hare hiding in the bushes next the walking trail. We enjoyed the sight and sounds of pure nature. A week was way too short to get enough of this! We stayed at Kootwijk, right at the border of... More

Take one of the free bikes at one of the entrances. each bike has also a kidsseat at the back. for kids there are also some smaller bikes. the paths are easily accesible. if Lucky you can see some deer, mouflon or wild hogs. at the middle you can fond the kroller-muller museum, see other reviews.

Beautiful sunny day, nature, lots of hiking options, free bikes. What else do you need for a nice day. Three deer at the end of the day were the icing on the cake.

I went here often as a kid and recently visited again. It's one of the best nature parks in the Netherlands (my other favorites are de Oostervaardersplassen in Flevoland and de Boschplaat on Terschelling). You can spend a full day here biking around on one of the free white bikes (free after paying the entrance fee), taking tours of the... More

This national park is awesome. Do not forget binocular coz you can see cool animals in this place. Bike is quite challenging. If you take the longest route, you have to be sure to be able to make about 30km at least, depending on where your parking spot is.

Clear routes and well maintained bikes for borrowing. Beautiful nature. Don't expect to see a lot of wildlife though. Maybe if you're an early bird?

Love this park. Huge and so beautiful. We visited on a cold and crisp December weekday. Not many people around. Stunning scenery. People at the entrance were very helpful. The free bikes are great and allow you to go off the main roads used by cars. Well worth a visit for the park alone but also the museums, St Hubertus... More

We were a group of 5 friends. we drove up on a rainy November day, it was a Monday so the museum was closed. We took the free bikes from the entrance on the south side, and rode our way up the park till the tip, and back down through the middle. GREAT ride! The views are breathtaking, and the... More

This is a great place to visit. After paying for entry to the park, you can have free access to the bicycles to cycle around. Lots of easy cycling through beautiful countryside. Also try to get to the Kröller-Müller Museum in the centre of the park which has got a number of well-laid out galleries including an outdoor exhibition set... More
