Do it! The park supplies free bikes to use to cycle through the park. The fresh air and landscape were refreshing. The visitor centre has a free museum which is educational; targeted to young children but interesting for all.

Nature really is amazing in this place! You can use free bicycles if you pay entrance. You can also buy a map at the entrance.

A beautiful national park with an unique scenery. Every season is perfect as it is so divers. I also love the white bikes which you can use for free. Just take one and ride. The museums located in the park are worth a visit too. Entrance fee is quite expensive though. Especially when you can visit the Veluwezoom and Posbank... More

It is a very beautiful natural park with options of observation of animals. We saw deer from pretty small distance. They give you a bicycle for free, the way is about 17 km. There is different landscape, you will go across woods, dunes and meadows. This is the most beautiful place I have ever been to in Holland. Entrance to... More

We visited on a cool and showery Saturday, which had the advantage of keeping the crowds down. We had no problem getting white bikes in good repair, and were pleased to see that my vertically challenged wife (5 feet even) was able to adjust hers to suit her height. There are enough paths to keep you riding all day if... More

The park was started by wealthy Anton en Helene Kröller-Müller some hundred years ago as private hunting grounds. It has an open structure with many parts closed as protection for animals in the area. There are three main entrances where you can pick up a free white bicycle to get around. The park has a limited number of paths for... More

While many of the other locations we visited in the Netherlands in summer were loaded with tourists, this attraction was truly a hidden gem mostly enjoyed by the locals. Only an hour ride from Amsterdam this beautiful park offered a variety of attractions. The free bikes allow you the opportunity to ride and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the park.... More

I cycled around holland for 5 days and this was my favourite place The views are remarkably Van Gogh like at times, and when the sun is out it is magic You feel as you are getting lost but you cannot as you are in one route the whole time really! There as no amenities at all until you get... More

Camping here is expensive (over E50 per night in 2014). For this they do not include toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. Nor are the museums in the park included (like the excellent Kroller Muller). But the bikes are completely free. So it's a bit schizophrenic. Smart architecture designed ablutions, but you have find 50c for the shower, free... More

One of the National Parks in the Netherlands. It costs to enter and park, you need to pick up a ticket to leave the car park but if you forget don't worry there is someone in the ticket office. Once in there is a bike park. We entered from the village of Otterlo, there are another two entrances. You take... More
