Yachts, shops, cafe's and restaurants at a very picturesque marina, surrounded by some villas and hotels.

The Marina Rubicon is a beautiful place to visit and should not be missed when visiting Lanzarote. The restaurants are stunning and the markets are a must see.

We visited Marina Rubicon primarily for the market which takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00. The marina is well laid out and the market stalls are in the walkways between the shops and restaurants overlooking the marina itself. A lovely way to spend a morning browsing the stalls then grabbing a coffee or some lunch dreaming... More

If you go when the market is NOT on everything is closed (pubs / restaurants etc - but when the market is on, it's like a different place. We travelled in may - so it may be that it is too early in the season for everything to be open.

Plenty of bars and restaurants catering for a range of tastes. Something for everyone but especially if you like seafood.

The duty free perfume shop is worth paying a visit. Discounted perfumes from brands such as Bulgari, Armani, Dior, and others. You pay less than shopping at the airport duty free shops.

Love this place so much especiallymarket days. With all the hustle and bustle of people. Not your usual market more up beat. The Marina with all its yatch s make interesting viewing and all the restaurants around the are are all very good. If you don't like markets don't go Wednesday or Saturdays but we love it anytime.

Lanis steak house is brilliant....we had paella and the staff couldn't believe it when our 5 year old grandson wolfed the lot... It was so tasty and it's served Wednesday and Saturday at 1pm.... So you take a stroll round the market which is stunning around the harbour and then on to lanis....just bliss
