Relaxing

The beach is crowded if you visit during tourist season, but it's a great place to enjoy some serenity if you visit during monsoons. No noise and buzz, just some relaxing moments

The place is quite beautiful. Since we visited it in offseason, it was quite peaceful and calm too. Though I cannot say the same about tourist season. We spend the whole day, doing nothing, absolute nothing, looking at the sea, from a nearby cafe. Recommended if you are visiting Gokarna!

Although amazingly scenic, the beach is overrun and littered. Signs all over the beach warn of petty crime and we felt they were warranted as we were constantly haggled. Very overrated, Gokarna has far more to offer you in terms of great beaches.

As per my personal experience as well as according to my friends we liked Om Beach more than the Kudle beach. One of the reason being cleanliness of course and another existence of Namaste Cafe in Om Beach. Its an awesome place to hang out with friends. We visited during the month of June which is generally when monsoon starts,... More

The waves are not that rough here compared to Kudle. Its more peaceful and you can go a lot deep into the water.

Its one rocky beach. The beach is super crowded with the locals ! The Namaste cafe on the beach is where u should head to on this beach. Very shallow waters - good for small children

i stayed at manikaran guesthouse and the family there is very unfriendly. Never smile, never says hello. The cook comes to drink with the guests doesnt talk then leaves. People felt unwelcome and food was worse than other places.
