Tekapo Springs has so much to offer and is really well set up. We did all three activities, ice skating, tubing and the springs. Tubing was the most fun and a definate Go Pro moment. You could easily spending a whole moring or afternoon here. The chocolate muffins in the cafe are out of the this world.

We did the ice skating and tobogganing and it was great fun for all of us. The only thing I would like to admit is that the ice itself was not in its best condition. There were just a few skaters on this evening and maybe this was the reason for not getting the ice smooth again. Otherwise we definitely... More

We hired bikes from our accommodation and cycled to the springs in the snow, a lovely hot fire and coffee welcomed us there. Firstly my wife went to the day spa (very good massage and facial package, value too) and I was off to snow tube and ice skate for an hour while she was at the treatment room. Went... More

What fun! First time I'd every ice skated and I had a blast!! Was a little confused when we picked up the boots, so many signs we thought we had to hire them too!? But no all included in the $16 ticket and you can use them all day if you wish 👍

It is sheltered and had great views of the snow from the hot pools. The skating rink is a good size and getting skates was easy. The snow tube park was fun- just the right level of excitement for the kids but the adults would love a bit longer and more thrilling :-). The staff were very friendly and on... More

This place is so under advertised. We happened to be staying in Tekapo for the night with our two teenage sons and decided to go to the hot pools. What a treat to find the luging and the ice rink. We were lucky as their weren't any queues for the snow luging so we had an absolute blast and definitely... More

We have visited here several times and each time it gets a little better. Hot pool, sauna, ice rink and snow tubing in winter months. Staff are really friendly, there is a nice cafe and this place is really family friendly. One of my favourite places.

My family (2 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderful time at the ice skating rink and the hot pool under the night sky. The latter is definitely an experience not to be missed!

Thank you for your review of Tekapo Springs. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us and got to experience the ice rink and hot pools. It doesn’t get too much better than soaking in the pools while absorbing the clear night skys. We look forward to seeing you again. More

Lovely soak in hot pools with a beautiful view. Adults only pool seems to be kept 'adults only' most of the time. Bit pricey but we got bookme deals or to buy a two day ticket which made it more affordable.

We just went for the skating, but everything else looked great too. Had lots of fun and the 10 year old had a really great lesson with Sam. Only minus was that some of the staff seemed distinctly disinterested. Very reasonable price. Average coffee.

Thank you for your review. That is great that your 10 year old enjoyed the ice lesson with Sam. Not many people know that Sam is a 5 time national figure skating champion. Could be the next figure skating champion in the making! I will pass your comments onto our team managers as this does sound out of character for... More
