A paint your own pottery studio with large cafe. A bright friendly environment, perfect for everyone to relax, enjoy themselves and create something wonderful. We have live music on a Sunday afternoon - you can paint, listen to music and eat cake! There's also a kids play corner, so kids can play while parents have a look at the newspaper or meet with friends. It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

Was here for treat with children. There was a limited selection of cakes. The fairy cakes looked like a child had decorated them with pink dust and very runny glace icing. My cake was under baked. Have been in the past and enjoyed cake.

First time here today and although I enjoyed my food unfortunately my husband wasn't impressed at all. I had the Indian carrot and chickpea salad and it was yummy. It was a wee bit busy so we didn't mind waiting. We had finished our hot drinks before the food came. We waited 45mins when my husband's soup came it was... More

We've visited this coffee shop several times over the past year or so - sometimes with grandchildren - but the last few times, we have noticed that the play corner in particular could do with a thorough clean. There are crumbs of food in the toy drawers, the toys are often sticky and the available books are falling apart. I... More

We're sorry you felt the cafe was less than clean when you visited. We are being very conscientious about the toys and books, as we felt embarrassed at the thought that they weren't clean. The sofa covers were washed very regularly, but it had got to the point where a lot of the marks just didn't wash out anymore. We'd... More

Thank you so much for the lovely review. We really appreciate when folks take the time to leave feedback. So glad you enjoy our food - the burgers have proved to be very popular! We've just launched a new menu, with lots of interesting tasty specials, and the feedback so far has been good. Lots of new things for you... More

Absolutely fantastic wedding! Amazing how they turned the local café into a glamorous reception. Excellent service, friendly and attentive all the time. All our guests and of course we ourselves were deeply impressed. Thank you so much for making this wedding day the best ever - great job! Heike & Klaus

Went with the family to spend a weekend in the Royal Kingdom of Fife. First time being to Scotland, let alone Fife, we knew little about the area. None the less, we were extremely lucky to stumble across this fantastic cafe. It was a rainy day and an swarm of customers had, like us, had taken shelter from the rain.... More

Good cooked breakfast, pick your own items, I prefer that than leaving the fried tomato and whatever else I don't like. Good strong coffee. Worth a visit.

Enjoyed a lovely meal, but can also have a coffee and a bid of home baking. Children have their own area where there is loads for them to do including decorating their own pottery if they want to.

When we're down the town we always make time to have a coffee & cake in the bright & airy, friendly cafe/restaurant. The food is always excellent & the staff attentive, I wouldn't think of eating anywhere else in Burntisalnd. If you have young kids, no problem, there's lots of "crafty" things for them to do.
