These pools are relaxing if you are given access to use them. I arrived with my brother and girlfriend to use the baths, and the hostess informed us that they were fully booked, sorry, with no availability at all. Not five minutes later my parents arrived, and when they asked about pools, the situation radically altered and there was availability... More

Visited the spa on a wet morning in Bagni di Lucca, and had a wonderfully relaxing time in one of the natural saunas located in a cave at the spa, followed by a relaxation session cocooned in sheets and blankets listening to gentle music and a herbal tea. Very good value at 20 Euros a head. The surroundings may not... More

We were attracted from the name and the webpage information, but were very disappointed when visited. The place is old, dirty and the staff was unprofessional and not helpful. The place needs an update, it feels like an old hospital. We were not provided with slippers and shampoo! Paid a lot of money for 2h! The lunch was cold (from... More

I'm not sure we went to the right part of town to partake in the thermal baths. We ended up at a hotel with a French name. It cost $20 Euro including a cap to sit in the thermal bath which included some jets and two waterfall like sprayers. It was like being in a swimming pool. And we didn't... More

Myself and my husband went to the terme pool to bathe in the waters but it was far from an enriching experience. We paid €16 each to get in (€4 for cap) and it was the biggest waste of money ever. The pool is small and dirty, there is scale all around the side and over the water shoots. There... More

If you happen to visit this marvelous village in September, don't miss the Pinochio festive on the 21st and 22nd of September. The whole citizen are walking dressed in Pinocchio's characters. There are parades, dancing and lots of souvenirs from the famous story are sold in every corner. To those of you who travel with children - take them also... More
