Thrilling rides, felt very safe, it was a little cool so our lightweight long pants and long sleeved shirts were welcome. Also wore a rain poncho. I hope you are in shape as climbing those towers was a workout! It was worth it, though, to fly through the clouds and over the tree tops. I loved the high, long ziplines... More

Our family (three kids - 14, 11, and 7) booked the guided tour (Sky Walk) as well as the Sky Trek (ziplining). The Sky Trek includes the tram, as it's necessary to get to the first ziplines. The guided tour over the suspension bridges was nice, and our guide Stephen showed us many interesting plants and insects. The ziplining experience... More

We did the entire day adventure. The bridge walk was fun the guy was entertaining. Then the sky tram was cool (wear a light jacket) to the Zipline. Holy Bananas the 1st one is sooo hig up in the clouds you dont even see the other end until you are almost there. The heart sure starts to pump. There's another... More

If you are in Monteverde, you need to try this. We had a nature walked booked in the afternoon, so we were kind of crunched for time. We only did the ziplining, but did not do any of the sky bridges. Allow about 2.5 hours for the ziplining - you have your safety procedures, practice line, then you go up... More

We took our 2 year old and did the swinging bridges and the sky tram. We carried our daughter in a backpack carrier. I don't recommend the bridges without some sort of carrier. They move and sway and they are not completely enclosed. Bring raincoats...cause its gonna be wet :) The tour guide was very informative and funny. What a... More

We went on the guided walk and zip lined. Firstly, the guided walk was great fun... the guide was really knowledgeable and friendly, he kept trying to find us interesting things. We saw our first sloth- very up close!! And the scenery was beautiful. The sky tram, is a little bit of a scam, because you have to go up... More

We did the sky trek zip lining in Arenal and it is one of the best things I have done. Even though it was pouring rain, the views on the five long zip lines were out of control. Edgar and Gabriel were fantastic guides - they were both funny and good at their jobs. I'd do this again.

Booked this excursion through Swiss Travel at our resort. The ziplines were VERY impressive! Would have been able to enjoy it much more if it weren't raining heavily...and we weren't getting blasted in our faces with large raindrops. We were SOAKING wet after the ziplining. But it was fun, none the less.

My wife and I heard from many friends that if we were going to Costa Rica, we had to try zip lining. Being something close to terrified of heights, this seemed intimidating, but by the second one down, I was hooked. When we arrived, we were fitted with a harness, helmet, and gloves. The guides gave us an orientation, and... More

We purchased the tram/zip option. Our hearts raced as we zipped down 9 lines at more than 40+mph. Spectacular views when not cloudy. It is hard to believe we are racing above the tree tops. Bring a raincoat. Helmets, gloves, harness and training provided. Guides are methodical, professional and very attentive. Option to purchase photos from the first training zip.... More
