Service was fast... More

The scenery is beautiful and the walking trails around the beach are idyllic. But the beach itself is small, noisy and very crowded. The space for sunbathing is limited.

The small trek to arrive to the beach is lovely and when you are there it is like to be in the Cote d azur in France. the water is clean and so calm, the small bar serve very good pinacolada and fresh beers. Perfect place when it is not too crowded.

There are 2 beaches with the name Jungle. One is Jungle and is under Japanese Pagoda. Is bigger and little bit overcrowded. And second is White Jungle beach. The way on this beach is cca 500 m befor the Jungle. It is smaller but also with free sunbeds, toilet and small restaurant. Both are ideal for swimming.

Small beach with finer sand and much gentler waves than Unawatuna Beach. 9am and a handful of people there so very peaceful. Can imagine this place would get crowded easily. I explored the nearby tracks and saw lizards, lots of birds, butterflies...and visited the Japanese Peace Pagoda. Very hot but very enjoyable walk. Be careful if walking in flip flops... More

Beautiful small beach located in the "jungle" - perfect for snorkelling and sunbathing during the day. There is a beach cafe/restaurant serving good food and cocktails. Every Wednesday there is a beach party from sunset to sunrise - amazing music and people of all ages - tourists and locals alike. Amazing night!

Nice beach close to Unawatuna, that can be reached by Tuktuk or by foot. Good restaurant on the beach with food and drinks for very amicable prices.

Spent a few hours on the jungle beach watching the sub set with a bottle of rum and a few beers. If you don't byob there is a bar on the beach that is owned by the rehab center nearby. So much of the profits go to fund a good service. Toilets available however you are better off finding a... More

We arrived here by boat after snorkelling along the shore which was well worth doing. The beach wasn't crowded and there were plenty of free beds with umbrellas available which we definitely needed for some well earned rest. A very basic toilet is available and you can buy drinks there. Walking up the beach we were disappointed to see quite... More
