I was positively surprised since there was no additional charge for the deckchairs. We enjoyed staying on the beach since it was not crowded. There is also a small cottage on the beach and you can have a meal or a cocktail. Once a week they organize beach party.

when you are walking arround Unawatuna, you always hear about this beach but most of the tourist don't get the chance to visit as it is a bit unreachable unless you want to try a small adventure. You can only reach that place by foot and going down th hill, walking in rivers and following small signs !! when you... More

This was the only beach we visited in the Galle area after it was recommended by our hotel. It is a nice small beach with a cafe where you can buy food and juices. They have a many wooden sun lounges that you can use, however the expectation is that you buy something from the cafe. The beach was clean... More

Whilst it's a bit of a trek down the unkept jungle path it's well worth it. Wear sturdy foot ware to avoid a twisted ankle. My wife wore flip flops which made it more difficult. A bar on the beach gave quick & welcome relief and it's a tranquil spot. If you head back up the cliff after sunset then... More

So peaceful and adventurous. There are cafes by the beach as well. You can spend the day here. Take bug repellent when going through the jungle. Very nice experience.

That's a small beach in a Jungle. When we were there was full of locals. Easy to find if you have a scooter just pay attention and don't miss the turn from the main road (there is a sign). From the certain point you will need to walk through the pass. Nothing really special.

Tuk tuk driver went to a certain point and then you walked down the hill to discover a secluded beach. Feels like only few people know about Jungle beach. So peaceful, great food (fresh fish of your choice), friendly staff. Great views and during peak season they throw great parties.

Very pretty! Take a tuk tuk to get there and walk back through the jungle path (ask around where it goes because it is not very evident) Note that it can get very crowded on this small beach.
