If you stay at Dionis Villa, this is a must, clean water, nice for snorkling and good restaurant with fresh fish every day.

Lots of tourists, many smoking, nothing to rave about! Still water, small beach, lots of deck chairs, litter in the water, not a fan!

The walk to the Jungle Beach is very nice, great views, the beach itself is mostly completely empty and wonderful.

Nice little beach with clear water away from the Unawatuna beach. It's a great place for relaxing. You can swim without a problem.

You can reach the beach by foot, NO need to pay for a tuk-tuk. You walk on a beautiful, small path through the jungle. The path is marked by several signs along the way. You have to take a three wheeler to get there, but the little beach is beautiful! I do not recommend the food at the restaurant on the beach...it was not bad but not worth the money.

The beach is tiny and the sea there is packed with people swimming absolutely everywhere even in low season... The walk there from Unawatuna is really nice though, follow the signs "jungle beach" but don't wear flip flops to walk there, you have to walk in the rocks uphill and then down to the other side so trainers might be... We spent a day at jungle beach which was a nice change from Unawatuna. It's a really lovely natural beach but make sure you go early as it's only tiny with limited lounges and places to sit. There is a food shack there for lunch and drinks selling fresh fish. Food was nice, best cup of tea so far in... More
