This is one of the best theme parks I have ever been to, I live very local to Blackpool and the Ppleasure Beach is great but its a bit of a concrete jungle, where as thorpe park is in lovely surroundings, with trees, and I fantastic lido which looked like we were in Jamica, a really enjoyable day the only... more

I have been to Thorpe Park for the second time today, it cost £35 per adult to get in, there were three rides not working and when we got to 'SAW' that was not working either. Went on another ride then by the time we had queued and ridden the saw entrance queue was 2 hours long. We went on... more

Went on friday 5th June to avoid half-term queues, but still expected long queues due to popularity of park. Didn't buy tickets on-line as we had 2 for 1 vouchers, but only waited 20 mins for tickets after arriving at 10.30am. Made a bee-line for Nemesis as it's right at the back of the park and only waited 15 mins... more

I visited thorpe park on the 20th of April a non pupil day so I expected it to be nearby empty. Infact it was packed with people. In a whole day all I could fit in was tidal wave, loggers leap nemisis collosus no way out and stealth. Six rides for 35 pounds isnt great. But however stealth was one... more

I went to thorpe park on monday the 20th april. Firstly when i got there (0930am) the queues were massive even to get in, it took 1 hour just to get through the gates. I went with my son as he was home from boarding school for a quality day out, what a mistake, each ride took approx 1-1/2 hours... more

Visited Thorpe Park on Easter Monday myself, husband and 14 and 15 years old children. Had booked ultimate type fast pass tickets at a cost of £305.00. A really big treat for us. On arrival immense queues which we avoided by asking staff where to go to pick up tickets (from the advance ticket office). Then to get our wrist... more

We visited Thorpe Park predominantly to go on Saw. We got there early, got right to the front to find out that they were still doing their checks. It took them an hour to do this with the queue backing up around the park. You would think especially with a new ride, the park would prepare themselves in the morning... more

When you visit Thorpe Park it is important to understand what you are going to get before you set out. Over the last few years it has focused itself as a thrill seekers park, Chesington is now the place to go for younger families, Thorpe is clearly aimed at teenagers and adventurous 20 and 30 something’s. You also won’t get... more

If you have a family with teenage children then it can be a good day out, but for anyone under 12, this place really has gone downhill and is probably not suitable and you should stick to Chessington. A police presence within the park today sounded some alarm bells for me, where I can only guess there has been problems... more
