Absolutely brilliant nothing to much trouble instructors where very patient even though very few of our scouts had canoed before and it took us ages to get anywhere. Thanks for a wicked day out and will most defiantly be coming again

I bought the canoe and orientation voucher on amazon local. we were told to be there at 08.45 for a start at 09.00 but it was nearly 11.00 before we got out on the canoes. the people working there were very friendly however they seemed a bit disorganised and were not that sure what was going on. The canoe itself... More

My boyfriend and I booked the Hoarwithy to Redbrook trip over 3 days. Had an absolutely amazing time. The people who run Wye Canoes are very friendly and informative. They provided us with barrels to put our stuff in which are water tight should the boat capsize. Views are breath taking. Watch out for the fisherman and try to pass... More

9 mile paddle from Kearne bridge, picturesque nature. Good briefing from the staff, not a difficult trip even with the shallow 'rapids'

We are just back from a brilliant day on the River Wye where we spent the morning canoeing and the afternoon orienteering with Wye Canoes. There were five of us and we ranged in age from 13 to 70 odd! The guides that accompanied us on the river were very helpful and managed to get us going in the right... More

We went on the 30th June, 2014 on my 21st birthday and it was just the most lovely day from start to finish! The man who gave us the introduction talk (sorry I can't remember your name!) was really friendly and funny and obviously knew his stuff! You feel prepared enough to get going but not so overwhelmed with red... More

We did a canoe/orienteering day - great fun - two hours on the Wye canoeing, then lunch and orienteering in the afternoon. Well organised and fun for all. Staff are great and friendly, but also there to help if you get into trouble - safety is a priority.

As two beginner canoeists we had a great day on the river, feeling safe in good canoes and with plenty of guides and support should we have needed it. Orienteering was fun and all instructions clearly laid out and easy to follow. All the crew were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended .
