Took the river trip to Silves. One word sums up the trip " Brilliant " from the moment we stepped on board lucid and crew made us comfortable. We took the boat trip from Portimao to Silves. Luis and Daniel provided a very welcoming atmosphere, served a delightful lunch, and good conversation up and down the Rio Arade. Very pleasant afternoon! More

We did a trip east along the coast from Alvor and enjoyed seeing the caves and rock formations. I thought it took a long time to get there though and seemed to take even longer on the way back. This is a lovely, peaceful trip on the solar-powered boat, which enhances the experience.
