While cruising into Geirangerfjord, we travelled past this spectacular waterfall. We woke up early to be on deck for it, and it was worthwhile. Directly across the fjord from it is another falls, more of the "bridal veil" style, which I don't know the name of it. They are both beautiful and dramatic.

With the snow continuing to mealtime we were treated to many waterfalls through the trip but none as amazing as the seven sisters. Great photos!

Between the two fjord cruises we took I personally liked the Geirangerfjord cruise the best. The waterfalls are spectacular! But to get a truly unique experience and an amazing view, get off the cruise on your return trip and take a hike to the Skagefla farm (250 moh) above the fjord waters. We continued our hike via Homlongsetra (about 550... More

This wonderful waterfalls in Grainger fjords is so amazing that you need to see it for yourself. The best time to visit is in May or early June to see the waterfalls in all its glory

We decided to take advantage of the boat tours available, and I am so glad we did, this was a fantastic evening up close and personal trip, and I would recommend it. The guide was informative and I am so glad we did this trip, as I was not sure and my partner said we would regret it if we... More

The setting in the Geiranger Fjord is simply spectacular! I hike up above it from the town of Geiranger to get excellent views of the fjord.

When we visited in May 2015 the snow was not melting so the waterfalls could not be viewed in full but the whole Fjord is spectacular.

The waterfalls are a centrepiece of lovely geirangerfjorden and appears magical in a misty weather. The falls visibility varies during wet and dry seasons.

This was part of a coach trip we took from Geiranger. The view from this out look is breath taking, if you are able to take a trip from the village do go! We had pre arranged it from our cruise but they seemed to have trip from the visitors centre in the village, but it is probably best to... More
