It's been a long long time, but from across the bay it appears that little has changed. You hike through forest along and near breathtaking view over the sea to the top of a small mountain. zhifu dao is a small peninsula just off Yantai. Large cliffs which drop straight down into the sea and remote pebble beaches with scarcely a person in sight make it a refreshing change from the crowded tourist spots. the best part is there is no ticket fee....yet!
