Lovely visit to the springs today. Was very relaxing - we started with a private pool then entered the general areas. Facilities were all clean and well maintained. Quite expensive ($60 for two adults) although I guess you expect that in Hanmer.

Ceaseless upgrading of this large facility ensures pleasant surprises each visit. There are so many soaking and playing options that I doubt you will exhaust all your options. The kids loved the swirl pools, followed by delightful soaks in the hotter rock pools with plenty of semi-private spots.

We visited twice during our stay in Hanmer Springs. There are six thermal pools ranging from 36-42degs. Four of the pools were for relaxing in but two were like spas with the water was really churned up like a washing machine. It was a fantastic experience. A word of warning - don't wear silver jewellery. The sulphur blackens it. If... More

We travel with campervan without a shower, so Hanmer springs thermal spas was a great way to wash ourselves :) 42 celcius degree pool was really nice! Entry ticket was $20 and additional $10 if you want to go water slides

When we arrived at Hamner we noticed the car park area was really full so went at 7pm and it was certainly worth it waiting till then. Quiet and very relaxing. Watching the sky after the sun went down and the colours was a real delight that we did not expect.

Had two visits in the one day ($25), trying out the various pools they had on offer. It was low season so parking was easy and plenty of room for everyone. The complex was clean and well maintained, and had a great ambience. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Four of us enjoyed soaking and laughing in 4 different hot pools all just under two hours from the airport. At $20 a head min it was worth every cent. Left me smiling for days afterwards. Queuing system to get in seemed a little inefficient...cant tgey use techology to allow you to purchase online and get a barcode?

We got the re-entry pass when we went. Great idea as the springs were much better at night. We loved the lighting as it was not too bright but just enough to see and give it a nice ambiance.

The hot pools are with out a doubt a fabulous place for couples, families or just hanging with friends. A little something for everyone but most of all I love the spa while my kids are at the pools. After a spa I can get into the pools. There are reasonable prices that are affordable so I don't bother taking... More

Many pools to try, including a really hot 42 degrees sulphur pool. There was a pool to swim a few laps, and plenty of fun pools for the kids. A entities were excellent, and it was a very reasonable price. We went with friends and had a great couple of hours, especially after bike riding and walking up the Conical... More
