Las Pocitas is a nice beach. It has calm water and a good water-temperature compared with Lima beaches. Be careful to select the place where you will bath because there are some rock formations on the shore. More

I walked here from Mancora beach but you can also take a moto-taxi. The light during sunset is magical and there are rocks forming little pools where families dip. The drawback is that there are very few places to eat if you're not staying there. But if you in Mancora, take the time to take a walk here one evening. More

This is one of the best beaches to go with young kids in Mancora because kids get protected from the waves with the little rock formations that make the little pools of water. More

The rocks make "pocitas" for the children to play in the water, but there are good places with no rocks (in front of casa mira mira hostal for example). Massages at the beach. The temperature of the sea is very nice. More

The big stones make little "pocitas" where children can bath with no risk. Also the sea is normally very calm. More

I love walking from Mancora to Las Pocitas. The houses are beautiful and as the tide changes there's some cool rock formations & tide pools to play in. More

Sea is very clean, but a lot of rocks. Also, there is an urgent need of environmental education for visitors and residents, There is no bins, so all ice cream wraps go to the sand... botles and plastic bags generated mainly by the hotels that are in the beach. More

So much nicer than the beach on Mancora. Less crowded and cleaner. Great for taking long walks and checking out the rock formations and the tide pools. More

Nice beach for sunbathing, but it's a bit too rocky to do much swimming. More

This is a very small beach, but it draws a nice active crowd at night. Overall I liked it. More
