This is a new winery in Lillooet. It is in a spectacular location with views of massive mountains. the climate is hot and sunny in the summer and the wines are great. I particularly liked the pinot gris and riesling. I had a taste of their pinot noir which was exciting. The winery has a great cafe with excellent food-... More

It's worth a visit to this traditional winery where you can taste (free) their wonderful wines. We especially liked their Riesling - not sweet. The staff is friendly, and they have a limited menu of freshly prepared dishes.

We stopped as a planned leg stretch / tasting and we're happy we did. The wines from this winery were quite tasty. We ended up with a bottle of 23camels, and white gold - both great whites which we will enjoy! Views are nice, conveniently located at the end of the bridge - turn left towards cache creek!

When I travel in the North America, the most discouraging restaurant recommendation for me is "they have BIG portions of yummy whatever, mainly best burgers in the town...". I really enjoyed the nice fresh tasty food in reasonable portions that one can enjoy, not overeat, in this excellent restaurant . The quality of the food can definitely compete with upscale... More

While the food at this winery was excellent, well prepared, and served knowledgeably by Jasper, the portions are quite small and expensive for the size. You do have a pleasant view over the vineyard and the ability to sample the wines inside before ordering a bottle or glass with your lunch. Just remember you won't go away feeling full.

We stopped by for a wine tasting and lunch at the new restaurant facility. Tasted 9 wines which were all top quality, but broke the bank with the food. Skip the platter, which won't feed a bird. The 1 1/2" thick Pork sandwich should be renamed Cheese or Cheesy pork. Tasted good but very misleading. Hard to justify the big... More

Our first time to the Ponderosa Kitchen at Ft. Berens Winery in Lillooet. Having enjoyed their wines for the past five years, we were looking forward to seeing what Chef Dylan had planned for the menu. We were not disappointed! We had a delightful appetizer of gravlax, goat cheese and crustini, with pickled cucumbers. My husband had the chicken pesto... More

I grew up in Lillooet and visited the winery for the first time while back visiting my parents and I was so impressed with this place! The staff were super friendly and though it says you can taste 3 wines on the house with a small fee for more, they were more than happy to let us try as many... More
