Took the sight seeing trip for the Dolphins and Whales. E30 pp One hour going out 30 minutes sight seeing one hour trip return. We did see the Dolphins and Pilot Whales. Sea was rough on return. Take the early morning trip less people.

saw one dolphin and a whale but it was a long time scanning the ocean looking for fins or anything. Sadly a few people where very seasick
Great to see dolphins in their natural habitat though they took some time to find. The motion of the catamaran may not suit the more sensitive stomach. Ride out was fine but ride back was more than a little damp, and take plenty of suntan cream.
Large catamaran with plenty of rooms to lounge to and from the dolphin feeding areas. Free soft drink with trip, but beer available at extra cost. The usual photo was taken at the start which was €7 per couple, some people bought it, we didn't.
Enjoyed this trip, saw lots of dolphins, 1 fin whale and many flying fish. The guide was very knowledgeable, and provided very much information. Not really a trip for children though, most of them were sea sick and were laid flat.
Not the companies fault but very choppy and the catamaran wallowed a lot. At least 20 people were seasick and getting from our seats to the bar was very dangerous until aided by one of the crew. Did not see anything other than a few birds which according to various people is unusual as it was the breading season and...

The search lasted about 3 hours but we only saw about 8 dolphins for 10mins. Thought we would see more. Never mind.
Based on various TripAdvisor reviews on attractions company Animal Encounters, we arranged the dolphin search / viewing from our hotel in Gran Canaria.
