Monza is the sense and calm that Milan lacks. It is, obviously much smaller and compact and yet still has much to offer. We stayed and ate in Monza while visiting Milan nearly everyday, but we did have a couple of days walking our feet off ...and acquiring blisters in the Parco di Monza. It is interesting to note that... More

Parco Monza is a truly beautiful place to stroll or bike through on a Spring or Autumn day. Within 30 minutes of Milan by train and bus, you can be laid out on the grass relaxing, walking around Villa Realle or the other Villas, sitting near the lake or strolling upto the F1 circuit in September. It has it all!

Huge park, with cycling paths. Walk , jog, cycle. Take a peek at the F1 circuit which is inside the park. Little streams running through. Nice and calm - and of course especially on a fine day!

Very Big Park containing the famous circuit, a pool, a riding stable, an hotel, the King Palace but above all miles of routes between meadows and forests. One of the best places where to go biking or walking, above all in the summer during the hot days. Unfortunately it's a little crowded durineg the week-end.

Amazing park, bigger than what i expected, easy walking distance from Monza town central. Next time i think i would defiantly hire a bike to get about and see more of the park.

Monza Park is a wonderful huge walled park very close to Milan city (around 30 minutes drive) located in the cozy town of Monza. Unexpectedely, the park is also the site of the famous F1 track, and if you go in the area you can even walk or bike in the famous parabolic curves that were once part of the... More

Peaceful beautiful park. Lots of shaded places to escape from the heat of the summer! Look out for the turtle pond.

Beautiful, old fashioned, you can go for a long stroll und trees that are many stories high! There are little stands here and there where you can buy an ice cream cone, or a cold drink, or something to eat. People go by on bicycles, horses, skates...sweet place!
