I have been there both to try the track and to see Formula 1. Driving on the track is not expensive and gives you the emotion of trying speed and exciting curves.

Monza is a great circuit. Only draw back is getting there! We stayed near Milan 15kms away and it took over 2.75 hours from central station to circuit! You get dropped off by a bus about 3-4 miles from the circuit. A long walk through the parc, scenic but the weather was hot and walking was hard going!

If you are looking for a practical info about GP you won't get too much. Expect 2-3 days in a beautiful park with great walks through it. You'll get no useful info from TV and italian comments so get a phone with F1 program with you. Its very hot there so use a cap and sunglasses.

I don't know the words to say how beautiful is to be there during a race.
The city of Monza and the people are helping the spectators to have a nice visit to their city and the circuit.
Job well done to all.
