Come! Sail away with us on a memorable voyage. You will board our authentic Brigantine Thalassa at the picturesque old port of Fira.We will set sail for the small port of the volcano. When we arrive your guide will lead you up to the rim of the volcanic crater where smoke rises up and the stones are hot to the touch. Remember to bring good walking shoes and a hat to protect you from the sun.Leaving the volcano, our ship heads for the “hot springs”. There you can bathe in the warm waters (don’t forget your bathing suite and towel) . During the remainder of our voyage, we pass by Thirassia, where you have the chance to swim again in the blue crystal cleal waters while the captain and his crew prepare plenty of traditional Greek meze (appetizers) and you’ll have the chance to taste the renowned wine from Santorini. Next we come to the northern tip of Santorini and the town of Ia with its two small seaports Ammoudi and Armeni. From our sailing boat we have a unique vantage point for viewing the lovely traditional settlement of Ia. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Then we will set the sails and head back to Fira enjoying the wine and live saxophone music as the sun magically sets into the sea.

Thalassa boat trip was the best experience of our trip in Santorini! Lots of things to do during the excursion: visiting the volcano, swimming at the hot springs, tasting delicious wine and traditional food! Thumbs up for the live saxophone music while watching the sunset at the end of the tour! Recommended not only for couples, but for families too.

Our family of five booked this trip through our hotel, who also arranged the transport into Fira for us. To get to the boat you can either take a cable car down for €5, ride a donkey for the same price or walk down. We decided on the latter, it was quite a long walk down a steepish winding cobbled... We had a fabulous 5-hour tour private sailing on the Bella Aurora with Nadia as our guide when our cruise stopped in Santorini. Our extended family of 8 (3 seniors, 3 other adults, and 2 girls ages 12 and 9) all agreed it was the most fun we had on our trip to Greece and Turkey. From our cruise ship,... More

This cruise was the best part about santorini. Entertaining everybody of every age. Our host Nadia was amazingly kind helpful and attentive to every minute detail to make you comfortable. Thanks to everybody on this cruise as well. I strongly recommend this cruise to be a part of santorini visits.

It was one of the best travel experiences I have ever been to. I visited santorini with a group of friends and the tour with Thalassa boat was overall an incredible and perfect 5 hour trip, full of fun activities! We visited the volcano and swam at the Hot Springs. Later on we swam again and we enjoyed tradiotional finger... More

we chose the "Thalassa" boat trip, after a friend's recommendation, who visited Santorini last May and also took this tour. The tour started by visiting the volcano (also known as Nea Kameni). Our tour guide, Nadia, escorted us to the top and told us a lot about the history of the volcano and the island! The view from up there was... More

We took the thalassa excursion and it really fulfilled our expectations! Starting by hiking the Volcano and swimming at the Hot (more likely warmish) Springs! A second swim into the bluest water you've ever seen at the small island of Thirassia! Watching the sunset on board by the sounds of a live saxophone was the best part of the trip!... More

Wasn't sure what to expect when we signed on to this tour... I sure didn't expect the butt-burning climb to the top of the volcano to see the dual craters remaining from the eruption that destroyed and then recreated much of the land presently viewable today. You need to be fit to make this journey. Overweight, arthritic, and smokers are... More

Definitely the best tour we have been on! We boarded the Thalassa and made our way to the volcano which is quite a hike to the top but worth it. Next stop was the hot springs where we got a chance to have a swim in the beautiful warm water. Our next stop was another Island where we ate a... More
