Sail away with us on a memorable voyage. You will board our authentic Brigantine Thalassa at the picturesque old port of Fira.We will set sail for the small port of the volcano. When we arrive your guide will lead you up to the rim of the volcanic crater where smoke rises up and the stones are hot to the touch. Remember to bring good walking shoes and a hat to protect you from the sun.Leaving the volcano, our ship heads for the “hot springs”. There you can bathe in the warm waters (don’t forget your bathing suite and towel) . During the remainder of our voyage, we pass by Thirassia, where you have the chance to swim again in the blue crystal cleal waters while the captain and his crew prepare plenty of traditional Greek meze (appetizers) and you’ll have the chance to taste the renowned wine from Santorini. Next we come to the northern tip of Santorini and the town of Ia with its two small seaports Ammoudi and Armeni. From our sailing boat we have a unique vantage point for viewing the lovely traditional settlement of Ia. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Then we will set the sails and head back to Fira enjoying the wine and live saxophone music as the sun magically sets into the sea. « less

My friends and I visited Santorini last week and we were recommended this sailing tour by our hotel receptionist. It was really worth the money, the food and wine were excellent and plentiful, the crew were really nice and friendly and the ship is really beautiful. The walk up the volcano was not too hard and you can enjoy fantastic... More

First of all, the boat itself is amazing, a beautiful replica of a brigantine, and very clean & well looked after. Secondly, the crew are all so friendly and welcoming and helpful, highly professional but managing to keep it fun and light too. Christina the tour guide is lovely, very knowledgable & enthusiastic about giving the clients a really good... More

Our group of 11 travelers contacted this group for a custom tour during the time our cruise ship was docked in port. It was the best tour of the 12 day cruise and the envy of all the other people on the cruise ship! The weather was beautiful and the crew and guide were fun. We had great greek food... More

Perfect way to spend an afternoon in Santorini. Great crew, beautiful ship and picturesque views. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to explore Santorini and get some perspective of the island from its central view point being the volcano. The tour was very well priced, the food and drink supplied was great and there was even soe saxophone playing... More

My sister and I can only highly recommend the cruise on the Thalassa to the volcano and to view the sunset off Oia. You need to wear suitable shoes as the climb is over gravel but it is an easy walk to the top with great views. We then had the opportunity to dive off the boat and swim about... More

I was travelling with my extended family while in Santorini and we decided to take an excursion out on the water. We chose the Thalassa SunSet cruise for it's variety of interesting attractions, and it's reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of historical and geographical information provided by the crew, the walk up the volcano, and the... More

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our afternoon and sunset evening on the Thalassa. The guide and crew were friendly and incredibly informative. Although the evening buffet leaves something to be desired, it is certainly not a reason to forgo this great trip. The hike is easy and enjoyable, the swim is refreshing (though note that the hot springs are... More

Had a fantastic time aboard the Thalassa. The crew was so friendly and helpful. The views looking back on Santorini's caldera are just spectacular. Make sure you bring your camera. Christine made the hike up the volcano both interesting and fun. Although the winds were getting very high, Milos went ahead and raised the sails for a short time so... More

This has to be one of the best things I've experienced in my life. This is well worth doing if you are visiting the Island of Santorini and for such a low cost. Definitely value for money. My partner and I went on this cruise with his family also and we all had such a fantastic time! Swimming in the... More
