Come! Sail away with us on a memorable voyage. You will board our authentic Brigantine Thalassa at the picturesque old port of Fira.We will set sail for the small port of the volcano. When we arrive your guide will lead you up to the rim of the volcanic crater where smoke rises up and the stones are hot to the touch. Remember to bring good walking shoes and a hat to protect you from the sun.Leaving the volcano, our ship heads for the “hot springs”. There you can bathe in the warm waters (don’t forget your bathing suite and towel) . During the remainder of our voyage, we pass by Thirassia, where you have the chance to swim again in the blue crystal cleal waters while the captain and his crew prepare plenty of traditional Greek meze (appetizers) and you’ll have the chance to taste the renowned wine from Santorini. Next we come to the northern tip of Santorini and the town of Ia with its two small seaports Ammoudi and Armeni. From our sailing boat we have a unique vantage point for viewing the lovely traditional settlement of Ia. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Then we will set the sails and head back to Fira enjoying the wine and live saxophone music as the sun magically sets into the sea.

If you have limited time in Santorini (or even if you have plenty of time!), you should definitely consider this trip as it covers so much in just one afternoon/evening. The Bella Aurora and Thalassa are replica brigand ships which take in the coastline of Santorini, stopping at places of interest on the way. They're impeccably maintained and you can... More

We went right at the end of the season, start of October. Yet still the temperature was still pleasant enough to enough all the activities on the trip. Such as walking up an active volcano, taking a dip in the sea and natural hot springs. Just make sure you bring warm clothing for after so you can wrap up warm... More

This was such a perfect excursion! We loved the boat, the stunning views from the water and of the gorgeous sunset, the very information volcano tour, the warm springs and swimming fun, the food and wine, the live music and the incredible staff. A++++ all the way! So glad we did it!

Thalassa, Thalassa, when the sax started playing that music and the ship spread its wings ... You may have seen it on a movie, but once you are aboard you will be a part of it. No matter how many "perfect sunset" pictures you have glimpsed in magazines, they will never be as perfect as the one and only time... More

This is definitely one of most vivid memories I recall from my recent holidays in Santorini. We joined the Thalassa tour on the second day of our holidays, when we had practically not seen much of the island yet. And so, it offered us a great glimpse from the sea of the villages (composed of "sugar-cube" houses hanging from volcanic... More

We are so glad we booked this attraction. We decided to join the Thalassa Sunset Cruise, and had a great time throughout the whole afternoon and evening. The tour of the volcano was quite interesting, but can be a little bit too tiring due to the slightly tough trek to the top. Nice views of the caldera from the top... More

We are very glad we decided to make this cruise on the Thalassa. It was a great experience from A to Z. The boat is large enough to feel very comfortable. Christina is an amazing guide and is one of the key ingredients of wonderful time we spent. She shared very interesting information about the history of Santorini and the... More
