Sail away with us on a memorable voyage. You will board our authentic Brigantine Thalassa at the picturesque old port of Fira.We will set sail for the small port of the volcano. When we arrive your guide will lead you up to the rim of the volcanic crater where smoke rises up and the stones are hot to the touch. Remember to bring good walking shoes and a hat to protect you from the sun.Leaving the volcano, our ship heads for the “hot springs”. There you can bathe in the warm waters (don’t forget your bathing suite and towel) . During the remainder of our voyage, we pass by Thirassia, where you have the chance to swim again in the blue crystal cleal waters while the captain and his crew prepare plenty of traditional Greek meze (appetizers) and you’ll have the chance to taste the renowned wine from Santorini. Next we come to the northern tip of Santorini and the town of Ia with its two small seaports Ammoudi and Armeni. From our sailing boat we have a unique vantage point for viewing the lovely traditional settlement of Ia. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Then we will set the sails and head back to Fira enjoying the wine and live saxophone music as the sun magically sets into the sea. « less

If you go to Santorini the sunset cruise has to be at the TOP of your list of things to do. Our tour guide, Christina, was incredible. She is funny, charismatic and charming. You will love your time with her. You get to go for a hike, cruise around the Aegean, learn about the history of the islands, swim in... More

One of my best trips EVER!!! From the timetable of our trip, to the people, Christina - our tour guide - with her jokes, the places we went, the amazing pirate boat, the positive aura and energy, the zorba dance at the end of our excursion and the perfect saxophonist with his amazing skills during the sunset made me fall... We went on the Bella Aurora & Thalassa as a couple last June, 2014. I would say that it is definitely the highlight of our trip in Greece. First is the boat, Thalassa is simply beautiful. I always dream to ride a pirate boat and it is a dream comes true. Thalassa is a replica of a pirate ship with... More

I booked this tour not realizing how large the group would be. There was quite a large crowd and I was a bit put off. We first went to the volcano for a hike (don't wear sandals if you can help it!) and learned about the creation of the islands. It's a little tiring uphill but really not strenuous. Next... More

This tour was amazing! We hiked up the volcano, swam in the hot springs, had dinner. At sunset, there was a saxophone player on board. It really set the mood. Make sure you bring your hiking shoes for the volcano!!

This was a great trip with walking, swimming eating and drinking and a bit of romance thrown in.The walk up the volcano is not to hard but it's best to wear trainers or shoe as you tend to get small stones in sandles. The veiw are great and the guide we had knew what she was talking about. They do... More

My son was married on Santorini on June 17. The evening before the wedding we booked a sunset dinner cruise with Bella Aurora & Thalassa for the 24 wedding party guests. We had a wonderful time. Sailing, swimming, drinking and eating, not necessarily in that order. The Captain and crew were not only efficient, but friendly as well. We all... More

What a better way to explore santorini's surrounds than on board this boat. Volcano climb is tough but worth it. Then the hot spring swim is divine. Then some more swimming. Buffet dinner and a sunset. All hosted by a wonderful guide and awesome crew. Get on this boat if your in santorini. Reasonably priced for what you get.

How to explain the feeling of hiking to the top of a volcano, then jump from the boat and swim to the coast to reach the hot springs? And then, to move to another island, where the boat stops in a bay where you can jump again and enjoy the Aegean waters while dinner is prepared for you on board?... More
