Sail away with us on a memorable voyage. You will board our authentic Brigantine Thalassa at the picturesque old port of Fira.We will set sail for the small port of the volcano. When we arrive your guide will lead you up to the rim of the volcanic crater where smoke rises up and the stones are hot to the touch. Remember to bring good walking shoes and a hat to protect you from the sun.Leaving the volcano, our ship heads for the “hot springs”. There you can bathe in the warm waters (don’t forget your bathing suite and towel) . During the remainder of our voyage, we pass by Thirassia, where you have the chance to swim again in the blue crystal cleal waters while the captain and his crew prepare plenty of traditional Greek meze (appetizers) and you’ll have the chance to taste the renowned wine from Santorini. Next we come to the northern tip of Santorini and the town of Ia with its two small seaports Ammoudi and Armeni. From our sailing boat we have a unique vantage point for viewing the lovely traditional settlement of Ia. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Then we will set the sails and head back to Fira enjoying the wine and live saxophone music as the sun magically sets into the sea. « less

We are very glad we decided to make this cruise on the Thalassa. It was a great experience from A to Z. The boat is large enough to feel very comfortable. Christina is an amazing guide and is one of the key ingredients of wonderful time we spent. She shared very interesting information about the history of Santorini and the... More

Having seen the magnificent Santorini many times from land, I decided it was time to do a sunset cruise on my recent trip to the island. I chose the Thalassa as it had been highly recommended to me and so, on Monday October 06th I boarded at Fira, along with many tourists of different nationalities. We were greeted by the... More

I would definitely recommend this attraction if you are in a group of 5 or more people. We had the greatest time ever! Loads of swimming, good music, great food and visits to beautiful places. Everything was perfect, especially the sunset!

I found this trip through reviews on tripadvisor and am so pleased I did. I booked ahead of our trip by email, before we even left I knew we were with people that you can trust. The email correspondence was quick and very efficient. On the day that we had booked the weather was pretty awful so we were contacted... More

This was a wonderful day trip. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off at the cable car. Christina was our guide for the tour and was excellent. She was knowledgeable, fun and made everyone feel welcome. The tour included a good walk up the volcano, swimming to the warm springs from the boat, a lovely traditional Greek... More

My husband and I were in Santorini two weeks ago and our hotel concierge recommended this sailing excursion. It was excellent. The picked us up at the old port in the center of Fira at around 2 in the afternoon. We sailed over to the volcano and hiked, along with our guide Kristina, to the top rim. Kristina was a... More

We had a nice time on the Thalassa's sunset cruise. There was plenty of room on the ship, unlike some of the other ones we saw at the port which were elbow to elbow with tourists. The volcano tour was nice, and we got lots of good information on the eruptions and history of Santorini. We had pleasant music and... More

We all had an amazing day and far better to organise a private charter for the 6 of us so we could do what we wanted and in the time we wanted, the crew were really friendly and most welcoming, as well as great sailors, they were great photographers, chefs and waiters! The meal they prepared as well as the... More
