This is a wonderful museum, split into 2 parts. One part is mostly automotive; the other is mostly WW II with some other historical equipment and artifacts thrown in. Don't miss the outside collection. Museum is bit chilly in late Sept. so dress accordingly.

You will never visit a more interesting place if you like planes, cars, military vehicles, motor bikes etc the place is busting at the seams with unbelievable displays, every Mercedes, Ferrari, Maybach you would ever want to see all under one roof, if you go give yourself a full day to see everything it is really so interesting.

Who would have thought that one of the best technic museums was in this little town? It's fantastic and being able to visit the planes, including the Concorde is unique. The Blue Flame was also a coup. 4 hours was not enough time. We did it in 2 hour blocks. Cafe break in the middle.

Germany has some of the best technical museums in the world - both Sinsheim and Speyer are not to be missed! Such a wonderful display of all types of automotive machinery - and you can get up close and personal with them climbing aboard aircraft, simulators, and then the great displays of some incredible equipment of all types.

This museum is huge. There is so much to see, and our local German hosts told us the collection / display changes often so it worth going back even if you have been before. Such an unique way to view the Concorde - a must see. Not for those with a fear of heights since it feels like you are... More

This museum is not like any I have ever seen in the United States. It is an amazing collection of planes, cars, motorcycles, and military hardware. It is clear from the set up that a visit during peak vacation times could be quite congested and waits to see some of the interesting exhibits (like the two SS airliners) could be... More

This museum is, without a doubt, one of the most outstanding museums I've ever visited. If you are interested in airplanes, antique cars, a wide variety of Nazi military items, uniforms, antique motorcycles including several "Indian motorcycles", space items, etc., this is the place for you. You could spend two or three days going through this incredible collection of items... More

So huge complex of the musium that you can notice it from the highway. About 10 airplanes that you can see from incide and 2 or 3 of them have pipes to slide down. You can see all the tipes of the transport, starting from the bicycle and ending with the trains and planes. My husband was very exited to... More

This was a last minute addition to our itinerary, but was an overwhelming success. The museum is right next to the autobahn, was is very easy to get to. There are two very large halls to the museum, plus an IMAX (which I didn't visit), plus lots of externally displayed aircraft. The first hall displays (not an exhaustive list, by... More
