This easy access waterfall was a breath of fresh air to us in the heat of the summer in Costa Rica. The couple dollars it cost us was well worth the shaded paradise. The fresh cool water was clean and clear. If you are brave you can slide down the water into the pool below. I was too chicken but... More

This place was a nice stop for a cool dip in the hot afternoon. $2 pp entry fee but location was HARD to find. Basically as you are driving through Uvita (south from dominical) take a left just before the BCR and BM grocery. Pass the Toucan hotel and take a left up the hill just past the cemetery. Short... Small, easy to find and get to; this waterfall is a great little attraction if you don't want to spend $75/person at Nauyaca Waterfall. Pay the lady at the hostel bar and walk down the stairs to the waterfall. The stairs are steep, and a little rough, but take your time and go slowly. It's worth a couple of extra... More

Nice waterfall - nothing spectacular - cool water pool. Come in your costume as no trees to hide behind. The cafe serves delicious food. We saw sloths here.

Stunning, crystal clear cool and refreshing water with fun jumps/natural slides and cheap entry, especially in comparison with everything else. Only a few other tourists were there which was lovely.

We visited the waterfall during the week, so it was not crowded. Cost is $2/person payable at the restaurant located on the property. The trek up/down to the waterfall was easy enough. It is relaxing to just sit and enjoy the scenery and the pools were refreshing to swim in. We watched others come down the waterfall as a slide,... More

Great place for the kids but make sure to go during the week. The weekend gets very crowded with tourist and locals. We took an ATV tour and ended the tour at the waterfall. It was also odd that they charge to enter the falls.

We went here because we heard of the water slide. When the kids saw it, it was very intimidating but after watching someone else go down they were empowered. The kids had a great time going down the slide and said it wasn't so scary after all. Getting there didn't require too much off-roading.

Pretty and fun! The waterfall can be enjoyed as a waterslide - lots of fun to watch people go down! Great fish tacos afterwards at the restaurant!
