Guides took us down 100 foot heavy flowing waterfalls in the jungle. I am afraid of heights but they gave me the confidence to do it. Super rewarding.

Wonderful experience! I was nervous the whole time, but it was so much fun! We had a great time. The guides are awesome and the photos they took turned out really well. Definitely recommend it for somewhat-athletic types.

Had fun rappelling down 5 waterfalls with Costa Canyoning. My husband and I are in are early 50's and had to be careful walking on the rocks, very slippery. My son and daughter had no problems. I think as we get older our sense of balance decreases and the reason we were a little slower moving around. We did have... More

Loved the tour, loved the guides, loved the feeling we all felt after taking control of our fears and making it down the last waterfall!!

We (three 22 year-olds and two 55 year-olds) took this adventure because it sounded like a great idea. The 22's were in pretty good shape. The female 55 year old had been doing exercise classes so she had solid stamina and wasn't overweight. The 55 year old male was overweight mostly in the (beer) belly, and didn't work out much.... Our guides Carlos, Juani and Tomiko were so much fun. They amused us (51+ and 18 year olds), kept us safe, talked us through and gave us a wonderful experience. We would all do it again and look forward to doing it. We do enjoy our adventures but are no means jumping off helicopters to ski. If we can do... More

We had a great time on the this canyoning trip. The rocks are slippery so make sure you have good water shoes. The guides are fun and safe. It is an awesome way to experience the jungle. I highly recommend it!

We have taken tours ALL over Costa Rica during our perpetual tourist visit. This tour "Hands Down" was the absolute best!!!! I felt like I was experiencing a grown-up jungle gym, yet with beautiful surroundings I can not begin to put into words. Our very small group on the tour consisted of visitors of all levels - those that what... More

Enjoyed the crew and the event---be forwarned the transportation there is standing up in the back of a pick up truck--it just adds to the raw fun of it all. We had a blast but due to, frankly, poor conditioning, could only do 3 vs the 5 falls...One big suggestion to the business...please bring water; we were parched and it... More

This was the best adventure we had while in Costa Rica! I went with a group of 9 friends. It's not for the faint of heart, but in the end, everyone was happy they did it. It's exhilarating, creates camaraderie, is extremely original, and just a fantastic time. Also, our guide - Barney - is THE MAN. He made us... More
