Red sunset!

Although the view is good during the day, at dusk it is spectacular! The red sunset is absolutely haunting with the darkening valley. It is a good idea to bring a flashlight... read more

Its always exciting to see Sunset & Sunset with chilled air around you, but if you choose any good hotel at height, the same can be enjoyed from the balconies too.

If you want to see a beautiful sunset in Mahabaleshwar visit this Sunset point just before sunset at 6pm and stay back for the entire period for sun setting in the sky. Its a out of the world experience. Enjoy a hot cup of tea and bajji and butter corn for the kids.

Just like the sun rises it has to set down :)) You will find ample hoorse rides here and they can give u clicks with horse jumping on 2 feets , that was more attractive for me then the the sunset

Although the view is good during the day, at dusk it is spectacular! The red sunset is absolutely haunting with the darkening valley. It is a good idea to bring a flashlight (torch) in case. Although not steep there are many stairs so be careful. FYI- All the stalls usually close up around sunset time.

Nice experience. Excellent view for Sunset and of course for photography. More excitement when you come here with ingredients for Bhel with a big group.
