Thanks to my friends who woke up at 5:30AM to witness this spectacular event. We drove from Panchagani and the sunrise will remain etched in my mind for some time to come. Soulful experience.

If the sky is clear do check for Wilson point. The sun rise is beautiful. However do carry a shawl or a sweater since it blows in the morning. But the view is magnificent

Not much crowded and not so good view as there is literally nothing apart from rising sun. No great view from here.

Nothing special. One of the many points in Mahabaleshwar. You can take your own car but be careful you do not choose the wrong road because there are separate road for going uphill and coming down from the point.

Unless to tick off boxes or one is crazy about taking photos, is it really worth getting up early to go to this locations just to watch sunrise? Me thinks not. Otherwise nothing special about this location to set it apart.
