Lovely sand that is cleaned every day. Toilet facilities close by, though other half complained the mens loos were rank! Easily accessible with a lift if necessary.

Great bay, great views. loveley soft golden sand, nice cafe on the pier where you can sit and relax surrounded by the sea, you can see the many beach huts, people on the sand and the boats in the little harbour areas. Great place to relax.

We've visited the seaside towns in this part of Kent a number of times over the years, but had never before thought of going to Broadstairs. It has a much lower profile than Margate. Glad we came. This is the sort of beach I remember from my childhood in the 1950s, when I lived in the Midlands, far away from... More

Living in kent for nearly a year and first time found some lovely sandy beaches. The area is nice great little town and fun for just chilling or grabbing a kayak for some sport.

I have been visiting Viking Bay at Broadstairs for many years. The beach is clean, sandy, sheltered and safe for children. A typical English seaside surrounded by narrow streets with shops selling traditional seaside goods. In recent years a number of good quality restaurants have opened.
