Not really worth taking a day trip out for, Maybe if your passing its worth a look into. But honestly most of the shops are over priced and under stocked. Most of the shops seem to sell stuff for the over 50's. so maybe i was just in the wrong place being only 25. On the other hand the kids... More

Its OK but not much variety in shops now, in fact allot of shops empty. Great kids part though for the kids to play and have fun with friendly staff.

Oh dear, where to start? I have visited this place many times since the good old days of it being Hornsea Pottery, I visited last year and was so disappointed, roll on a year and being in the area called in again. It has actually got worse which is some achievement! Empty units as far as the eye can see... More

Quite a while since our last visit and sorry to say it has gone downhill even further. Most premises are closed and empty. A full walk around took us less than 15 minutes.

Firstly if you blink you miss the TINY signpost pointing to it !! We followed the sign for the disabled car park and were lucky to get the last spot there. Then we strolled around for a little while and spotted a 'Works' shop so off we toddled in and bought something. Good job there is ample seating around the... More

We needed something to do as the weather was damp so decided to visit and had a good look around some shops were cheap but many were normal high st prices. we got there at 11.00am just as it opened as it opened on a... The cafe I think it is called L4P is absolute rubbish. I asked for a hot sausage roll which was cold on the inside, when I returned it the member of staff said "It was hot when it was cooked". I didn't really know what to reply to that., but I did explain that when being reheated it had to... More

gave this place one more go during our mini break, back in car within ten mins. Barely any shops left here. All closed down and boarded up. Don't waste your time or fuel.

We planned a shopping trip here having picked up a leaflet a few weeks previous . Our excitement soon faded once into the complex .Most of the units were empty and those that remained open were expensive or uninteresting .

Having lived in Hornsea for many years I've seen the fortunes of Freeport change quite a bit. Built to replace Hornsea Pottery that went bust it started strongly as one of the first (if not the first) Freeport in Britain. In those days it had lots of excellent shops but gradually many of these have left and been replaced by... More
