The Fattoria di Bagnolo is certainly the farm of the Bartolini Baldelli family which produces most wines. The position on a sunny and ventilated hill, the special micro-climate and the geological structure, enhance the characteristics of the autochthonous vines and olive trees. Special attractions: the ancient cellar from the 16th century under the Villa.WINE AND OLIVE OIL TASTING:If you are passionate about wine and extravirgin, come to visit us and we will let enter the world of food and wine culture. We will visit the fermentation cellar and our old cellar, dating back to the early XIII century, where our best wine are ageing. We will guide you through our tasting process and we will tell you about our production philisophy, our traditions and our history. We will do our best to convey you our passion and make you spend an unforgettable moment.

My wife and I were very fortunate to be courteously received by the owner, Marco, at his estate, off-season, even though we were only two! He apologized for not being able to show us around himself, as he was off to Arezzo, but he did introduce himself before he left. Amazing property, which was once the villa of Machiavelli himself.... This was our best wine tasting in Tuscany- not only because of the great flavor and quality of the wines, but the enchanting setting of this 250 year old Villa, and most important of all, our charming and delightful host, Marco, who made the experience for us and our children (ages 5 and 7) a memorable experience. He was kind,... More

We had a great experience at Fattoria di Bagnolo. We went back and forth on whether to take the family of 5 to a winery and we were glad we did. Marco, the owner took to the family and gave the kids a hands on tour. They were able to climb on the wine barrels, check out the olive press..... More

We came across this vineyard as part of a wine tour and couldn't have been more pleased. Marco was an excellent host from beginning to end. He made us feel right at home from the start by recognizing two birthdays in our party and immediately taking to our two small children. His pairings of food and wines were over the... More

My husband and I visited Marco's property on a private wine tour. It was our favorite! We were truly inspired by the stories, the history, Marco's infectious laugh and love for his wine and olive oil! Thanks to his education and laugh, we think of his story and how it inspires us to learn more and truly appreciate the hard... More

Marco gave us an amazing private tour of his 15th century property and winery. The history of the property alone is worth a visit (Machiavelli once lived there). Marco is passionate about winemaking as an art and tradition as opposed to a hobby or a 'job' and gave us a great lesson in Chianti and winemaking in Tuscany. We happily... More

We visited Marco's winery and vineyard on a private wine tour, and it was easily one of the most memorable parts of our entire honeymoon in the Tuscan region. We tasted Marco's wines and olive oils, which were amazing. We had to buy bottles to take with us, it was that good. Marco also ships to the US, so when... More

We loved our trip to this vineyard. Marco was knowledgeable, funny, generous and a great host. The tour of the cellar and the property was enjoyable. During the tasting Marco taught us about his wines while also teaching us some general wine tasting techniques. Overall the estate was beautiful, the wine and olive oil tasted great and we really enjoyed... More
