We booked a one day wine trip with Lesley who took us to three wineries and included an excellent lunch at one of the wineries. The weather was cold with snow the day before our tour which made planning a bit challenging for Lesley. However, she went way out of her way and was able to book three wonderful tours... More

We spent two quality days with Lesley in September. Our first day with Lesley was spent in a cooking class at a beautiful vineyard. Lesley and our instructor, Cecelia, guided us in making a wonderful meal, including the best gnocchi ever (!). After consuming the fruits of our labour, accompanied by wines from the vineyard, we travelled a short distance... More

My wife and I were given a full day Montalcino tour as a gift and had a very difficult time choosing which of the many tours to go with. The full day Montalcino seemed like it hit all the bases: food, wine, history, and was chosen wisely. Leslie picked us up in front of our hotel in Siena. While driving... More

What a great way to learn about Tuscany!! I would highly recommend this professional yet so warm and friendly cooking school. The atmosphere is authentically Italian and the teacher is calm, entertaining and encouraging. I learnt some great skills and the food was to die for. Would also highly recommend adding the vineyard tour onto the end of the day... More

Cooking class/wine tasteing with Leslie is a must for all cooks and non-cooks...my wife and I had a blast and who would have thought, one of our best meals was cooked by us! We only wish we had more time to do more classes. More

We started our adventure in Tavernelle, where our hotel was located. Leslie was kind enough to customize an itinerary for us. She picked us up at our hotel and we visited 3 wineries in the Chianti region. All 3 wineries were very interesting and very different. We visited a small family run vineyard that has been operating by the same... More

I went on this tour with my husband, who begrudgingly accompanied me. Not being a wine drinker, he was not terribly interested in wine tasting. We met Lesley in Sienna and she began to take us to the wineries and an amazing transformation occurred. The first winery went through the wine-making process and the many, many rules involved in making... More

We contacted Lesley just 2 days before we wanted to do her cooking class and even though she was very busy, she squeezed us into her schedule. We met up with her and followed her to her beautiful home and had a great time cooking, talking, drinking wine and then eating!! It was one of our favorite experiences on our... More
