With a lot of little beach plea and restaurants to choose from a great way to spend the afternoon at the beach. The black volcanic sand gives the water such a beautiful deep blue color. Being from the beach in Florida , a great day at the beach means relaxation, im fellas, places to kick back and eat or drink,... More

This is a stretched beach with enough space for everyone Lots of sun and sea. Restaurants right at your back to choose from and service on the beach.

long black sandy beach with plenty of water sports centers, restaurants from taverna to more sophisticated, Perissa is a great beach stop while in Santorini. Crowded but awesome.

Memorable memorable beach! Went here on a Spring Break Trip in 2006 ... the cafés are nice and as on most of the Greek Islands I visited the views and ambiance were just stunningly gorgeous.

Unique and beautiful, if you are used to white sandy beaches or even pebbly ones, this is a real treat with its warm black beach and stunning waves. The surrounding mountains with foggy peaks are amazing and the sunbeds set the mood for a genuine relaxing time.

Great quiet beach. Have lunch at a cafe and beach beds and umbrellas are free. I must admit that black sand beaches are not particularly attractive compared to golden or white ones but it is very clean.

The sand gets very hot, and it's stoney trying to get in/out of the water so beach shoes are necessary. Hard to get pushchairs onto the beach unless you use one of the many beach areas owned by bars or hotels. Those areas usually had planks running down the beach towards the sea but some planks were not wide enough... More

Beach is nice overall, clean, with black sand, clear water, many douches and sun beds that are normally for free if you drink and eat something in the nearest restaurant. But the best one is Demilmar beach club that is the last one near the rock - beautiful place, with sunbeds for 1,5 person, music, no passing-by people, some sports... More

Quite a nice place to spend a day, with an array of beachfront restaurants serving drinks to your beach chairs. Well maintained even in the off-season and even in late October, the weather was good enough for a quick swim, plus most of the restaurants were still open as well. The view of the mountain and Anafi island in the... More

Great restaurants! For a swim, the closer you are to the mountain, the better! Farther away from the mountain is more rocky, and slimy...
