Clean and nice beach with endless restaurants to choose from. Some take a fee for sunbeds unless you do not have lunch from theire restaurant.

Nice beach, but not very special. It is well organised, with showers, changing cabins and you can rent and umbrellas if you wish so.

Disapointed ... quite dirty (natural waste) beach. Black sand is not what i expected. Hopefully the landscapes take the best part of the island.

I think this is the most beautiful beach in Santorini. The most quiet and sandy with the most clear waters. Nice for snorkelling and not need for aquashoes. We came here by boat trip from Kamari and we paied 4 euros for one trip. Sunbeds and umdrella was around 10 euros. A need to see in Santorini.

A nice long beach with free parking and plenty of restaurants, etc. The beach is long and wide so there's plenty of space. Good amount of activities like water sports too. The sunloungers are €7 EACH, but thankfully there is plenty of space if you don't want to pay that. But do take an umbrella of your own, plenty of... More

Nice restaurants and shops around the beach without it being too built up. The mountains and rocks at the end of the beach were very dramatic and made interesting scenery. The sand was a bit coarse and (maybe particularly because it is black!) gets very hot during the day. It was not very dirty but there were some cigarette butts... More

Beach is good, but nothing special. Sand is dark due to the volcano origins and the sea was calm when I have been there. You will find some restaurants, cafes and also some shopping stores.

If you look for information about Santorini beaches on internet they say that Perissa is the most beautiful one… It is not exactly so and this can create big expectations about it… It's a nice beach but sometimes you'll be surrounded by a kind of "dead fish smell"… it's very windy and when you go inside the water you can... You need your shoes! Beautiful clear water. Lovely beach bars to quench your thirst with! Water taxi stops near the mountain side every half hour for trip to Kamera. 4 euro. Nice to see but Perissa is far better!!
