"Relaxing"

Very relaxing beach, easy to access by car or public transportation. We rented an ATV for 25 euros a day, which I found more affordable to travel around Santorini..

We loved the very pretty beach road and bars. entertainment most nights. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. Perissa had a very laid back relaxing feel. The only thing we didn't like was the gritty beach. Can't wait to go back.

This beach is close to bus stop and has lots of bars open in april with loungers and umbrellas. We went to cornet cafe and you could get wifi all the way near the sea. Friendly people and lots of choice.

Good beach to me is the place where you can see a lot of clean sand around. Here in Greece in general, the beach has rocks and pebbles and to me it is not really enjoyable to stroll around. The sand here is black and made of volcanic road. So due to that, I did not really like this beach.

Nice beach! If you think the rest of the island is too windy, or if you are not in the warmest season of the year, this natural beach with black sand and some nice bars has a huge mountain as protection for the wind, so you can chill and relax! I recommend it!

Loved the beach. But the sand could be a little bit too hot from the scorching sun. Had to tiptop my way back from the beach to my seat because i dont want my feet to get burnt! But its absolutely mesmerizing. My family and I had a beautiful day there.

this beach in Perissa is able to be seen either on a conducted day tour or by using the local bus. There are plenty of little eating areas if you want something to eat. The sand itself is black volcanic pebbles and is lovely and warm on your feet. It runs for two miles and the water itself is crystal... More

A quite little each away from Fira. The black volcanic sand is great and the cliffs next the beach make it interesting. There is a great bakery and restaurants.

Advance comments were all regarding the black sand . The Beach was clean and broad enough. The sea was warm and clear and so no hesitation in recommending the beach.

The beach is nice, it's right next to a rock mountain, so the view is great. With a bar nearby they have beach beds with canopy, it's a nice place to relax and you can order your favourite drinks. It's worth a visit. The sand is black and so are the pebbles. They hurt your feet when you walk on... More
