The surf school "Del Soul" has been operating since 2006 and was founded by Amit Londner the head instructor and lifetime surfer that love to share his knowledge and skills with aspiring surfers from around the globe. Surfing is lifestyle, fun, great health and also a unique experience. Del Soul surf school instructors are well experienced and professional with families and children from 3 years old, group lessons and surf retreats. We offer personalized attention and guides, and promising great adventure. Whether you are a first time surfer or an intermediate surfer looking to brush up on some skills a lesson at Del Soul will be fun and educational. Instruction for first time surfers will focus on practical surfing skills before entering the water, including safety, etiquette, entering and exiting the surf zone, catching waves, standing up, and finally, surfing itself. The goal is to get comfortable with the movements involved on land and then transfer those motions to the water. It is common for first time surfers to successfully stand up and catch a wave by the end of the first lesson. It is all about building confidence. After the first lesson participants can keep the board for up to 24 hours free of charge so they can continue to practice. Instructors are certified lifeguards and will be in the water ensuring that students are both having fun and remain safe. For surfers more experienced, Del soul surf school is offering a special advance lessons around the Mal Pais, Santa Teresa area, you’ll be joining us for a day trip or an advance section at one of the local’s secret spots. At Our surf shop you can fine a large selection of surfboards for rent to all levels.

We rented boards here! Great price & very accommodating! We took lesions one day from manny, great teacher!!! Also super friendly gave us suggestions on dinner & drink options too!

The enthusiasm Amit has is infectious. He makes the tough task of getting up on a surfboard fun and actually do-able! We took a few lessons from him during our stay as well as rented boards. He, his wife and colleagues are professional and accommodating. Look no further because they really are an awesome bunch!
