This was beautiful, incredible, breathtaking, but we did suffer some sunburn even on the overcast day. The atolls are a site to see, dotting the Belizean waterscape.

Loved every minute snorkeling here! Saw fish and plant life I'd never seen before! What an experience!

Great LIVE coral reef. About an hour boat ride from the coast. Spectacular day on the water. All the cayes are great. We plan on spending time soon. ec Denver co

Imagine have giant sea turtles swim right up to you (we did) and so much more. Worth it! It's about an hour boat ride to get there - and that too is delightful.

Visibility not so great because coral were spawning. Otherwise, fantastic coral. A little ways from mainland.

Every time I go to an aquarium, I fantasize about jumping in the big tanks. This was even better than I imagined, descending through schools of colorful fish and seeking out the evil (but very attractive) Lion Fish, eels and sharks; and following rays and turtles...Gorgeous!

The reef surrounds the atoll so you can snorkel inside the reef at various smaller reefs or outside the reef in deeper water. Water is clear and lots of fish of all types. Bone fishing on the flats is outstanding.

We spent 3 days on South West Caye with Island Expeditions and the reserve was beautiful, clear water, lovely coral and fish. A great place for kayaking, diving, snorkelling and paddle boarding. My favourite dive site was long caye wall.

I dove this site in early August with Hamanasi Divers. It was a three tank dive and it was great. Each location was better than the previous. We saw a number of baitfish, several pair of eels, and lovely corals and sponges. We also saw a huge eagle ray. Crew was great and two of us stayed down an extra... More

Less people, more to see in terms of variety of fish and corals. We chartered with Nowelle in town and were treated to a very personal experience. We were picked up at our dock and taken 9 miles out where he swam with us and pointed out a variety of fish species, lobsters, and corals. A half day was 75pp... More
