This casino is run by the nys lottery and is fixed to seperate you from your wallet . They use Class ll machines (google it) that are set to have the house take 60% and pay back 40% when in comparison to AC and Vegas that pay back 95%-99%. Don't be foolish and go with more than $50 to donate... More

Since my last visit about 1 year ago the entire attitude of this venue has changed. Valet parking is $20.00 plus tip the food court gouges example I ordered a 6 inch tuna and bottle of water at subway they wanted $13.50 ( sandwich alone was $9.00) this is subway mind you. all the virtual machines for roulette etc had... This casino is great that it's in NY not far from all areas of Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. Right of the Belt Parkway so it's an easy commute to get here but the traffic can be quite a pain to your paitence. Just know that by the time you get here you'll have some fun and without the fuss.... More

I took their complimentary bus ride on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from Jackson Heights, Queens. On their website there was a notice that the Hitmen were going to perform on 7/18/15 the songs of Frankie Valli, Elton John, etc. in Bar 360. That afternoon I had a very upsetting conversation with my sister on the phone and when it was... More

I went to this casino three nights ago. I went to the second Roulette machine. I placed my money into the machine the whole side was empty except for two black guys...thugs one on each side and the rest were empty on that side. I look across and the other side of the roulette on the section was full but... More

Resorts World is the only venue in the NYC limits that allows casino gambling. You would think given the lock they have on the market management would try to offer a unique experience. In fact, it's completely the opposite --- a terrible, grim experience that I would never want to have again. The allure of this "casino" is that you... More

This is without a doubt THE WORSE run Casino. Today they ran a Free Give Away, only to have patrons wait on a line for a kiosk to print out a voucher. They advertised the give away from 12-6. I was online at 11 am, only to find out when my turn at the kiosk at 12:45 pm, no more... More
