We went on spec to see this distillery and whilst we were very glad we went to have a look on the downside the place is run down - don't let your kids see the playground area - all rusted metal and the rum was more expensive than buying in the supermarket HOWEVER on the other had we paid to...

This is a self guided walking tour. If you arrive on your own (not part of a cruise excursion) you will be completely on your own. Foursquare Distillery is actually a better tour than Mount Gay because you actually get to be in the production areas. We called at the Foursquare Distillery today whilst driving around the Island.
The first thing to note is that it appears to be free! There was certainly no one there to take money.
The second thing to note is that is is nothing like the Mount Gay tour.
