Sunbury Plantation House was built in the mid-1600's and has been renovated to show what life was like on a sugar plantation in the 17th and 18th centuries. It has an interesting collection of antique carriages and memorabilia as well as antique furniture. It is well worth visiting. After the tour, make sure you stop in the grounds for a... More

Sandwiches, cakes, scones, jam, cream and a pot of tea later we were full to bursting - all for only BSD$60... More

Nice place, but the docent showed very little interest in our questions and pretty much sent us off on our own to look at the house

Bit dissapointing on the afternoon tea but the plantation house is interesting and worth a visit, lots of old buggies in the basement and artifacts from the sugar plantation.

Sunbury is also an excellent place regarding having great back drops for wedding... More

Was visiting for a wedding reception - they did a very nice job. Donna was extra helpful. We also had an opportunity to tour the house which was interesting. It was a very good spot for a reception. We enjoyed it.
