We had a wonderful time doing this cooking class. Patrizia & Mossimo are fun and very entertaining hosts. We also did learn quite a bit during our one-day class so we have already repeated some of the dishes we prepared numerous times since we returned to the US. As someone else has noted we also enjoyed the frequent wine tasting... More

If you go to Firenze or Pisa and don't do a cooking lesson with Patricia and Massimo you are missing out on one great experience. We (my parents and my wife) stayed for a few days at this agri tourismo and needless to say took a few cooking lessons over my birthday in 2010. I must it was a memorable... More

We arrived in Ponggibonsi not knowing what to expect. We left Patrizia and Massimo with our stomachs full and a deeper love and respect for Tuscan cooking. The landscape...perfect. The food...outstanding. The company...not to be missed. Thank you for teaching us how to cook simple and delicious spinach ravioli, artichoke Giudea, roasted guinea fowl wrapped in proscuitto and tiramisu. Grazie,... More

Patrizia & Mossimo are the most incredibly warm and hospitable hosts. Patrizia and Massimo are salt of the earth; they're easily two of the most genuine and sincere people I've ever met. This made the experience all the better. The class only consisted of my wife and I (and our 1.5 year-old who tagged along). Thus, it made for a very intimate day in the kitchen. If you're looking for an... More

We had a super lesson from Patrizia and Massimo. They involved the children very well and inspired them to try italian cookery since we have been home. The ambiance is spot on and Patrizia was very interesting explaining the background to why they cook what they do, not just how. Her English is very fluent, they made us feel most... More

My husband and spent a wonderful afternoon with Patrizia and Massimo in their beautiful Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by vineyards. It was in fact the unexpected highlight of our 5 day anniversary trip to Tuscany. We had such a great time. Patrizia welcomed us into her home and conveyed her ethos of feeding the family (eating in season, organically and to... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of taking an amazing cooking class with Patrizia and Mossimo. We learned about meaning and the love that is poured into their cooking. We tasted cheeses, balsamic vinegar, meats and wine most of which are grown on their farm. The class was not only a ton of fun but the food was fabulous.... More

The cooking class was truely memorable. Patrizia's philosophy and cooking instruction were magnificent. I would rate this as a MUST DO for any visit to the Chianti/Tuscany area. Of note we were 5 family members: My wife and myself(40 something) her Mom and husband, and our 18y/o daughter. All came away full and happy. Can't wait to come back.

Learning about cooking in their home kitchen was an extraordinary and engaging experience. Patrizia began with her wholistic philosophy of food and humans. We then entered the kitchen and began with the end in mind. Fresh, local cheeses, their own wines and herbs, local meat and fresh ingredients made for a wonderful afternoon of laughter and love! We felt so... More
