We rented a motorbike and did Twin Lakes and Casaroro Falls in one day and it was fantastic! The road is a winding road that opens up quite frequently to give you beautiful views of the jungle and beach below, you pass small farms with water buffalo lounging nose deep in mud puddles, there are lovely wild flowers and the... So, you book with a hotel and pay 800 Peso per person. If just two are showing up then it's 1000 P per person. Then you drive on very rocky roads for 30 min. Then walk uphill, then go down some gazzilion stairs and then jump over rocks that could really hurt you to see what?? Some water coming down... More

The water fall is gorgeous, strong and water is clean. The trip going there is an adventure as well, the trip is just 20 minutes by private car and around 15 minute upward hike to the entrance if the car would not be able to reach the entrance. There is a ten peso entrance fee and a downward stairway of... More

The falls is a refreshing retreat from the city's scorching heat and noise pollution. 30 min jeepney ride to Valencia Town and another 30 min habal-habal ride from the town proper. You'll get a chance to see the falls at it's best. But i don't think there should be fees for this natural attraction. I noticed as well that the... More

Overall the waterfall and drive to the waterfall are quite beautiful. Not nearly as amazing as the waterfall in Siquijor, but still worth a visit if you have time. Recommend shoes even if it isn't raining. Flip flops are doable, but once down in the canyon you are climbing over rocks to get to the waterfall. I knocked my toes... More

Took a tricycle up to Valencia and then went via motorbike up to the trail. Paid 10pesos each for entrance fee, walked down the 300+ steps (not difficult, just man up!) Where you arrive at a few small pristine pools which are perfect for photos. Clamber along the side of the boulders and cross the river further up to see... More

Nice hike but need safety improvement. They neeed to plant trees before the fall to stoo erosion. I liked it

The hike to the waterfall, return, takes about 1h30, if you really take your time. The nature around is beautiful, and the waterfall itself is impressive. There are few people visiting so it is very quiet and enjoyable. You need a minimum of physical condition to get there, especially to climb up the 300 something stairs on the way back... More
