What a fantastic day! I can't stop telling everyone about this. We did the Niger Stream trip, and found it the perfect level for someone who has never been canyoning before. As the brochure says, lots of slides, zip wires, and abseils, all in a breath-taking environment. Really enthusiastic guide with an infectious laugh in the face of perceived danger,... More

We did the whole day in the Niger stream, which was great fun. Our guide, Holly, was nice, funny, helpful and professional. I felt completely safe and would do it again without a question. Now to the negative part - It really felt that for the price we paid we should have gotten more than we did. Without pictures, the... More

This was our first time experiencing canyoning but we hope it won't be our last! What a fun adventure that provided a unique experience to see NZ's majestic beauty from a different (and very wet) perspective. Our guides, Holly and Riccardo, ensured our safety and provided the necessary encouragement to throw ourselves off rocky ledges into unknown (to us) depths... More

We booked this activity on Internet which was very user friendly . The staff at reception was friendly . We were to our designated location . All the gears were provided after climbing for half hr we started with our canyoning involving abseiling , Zip line , sliding , diving . It was a great moment to spend in the... More

Four of us went canyoning yesterday. Great day and a must do for anyone wanting a bit of adventure, beautiful views and tons of fun. Excellent mix of rappelling, jumping, sliding, and zip lining. Ricky, our guide, was outstanding! He clearly loves canyoning and is a great guide. He kept everything safe while not being too serious, given you are... More

Wonderful experience. The guide was full of energy. He drove us to the location where we changed our clothes, did a bit of a hike to the canyon, then went on 6 hours of adventure. The day was full of challenges of abseiling, sliding, and jumping (optional). We were given very delicious snacks and ginger tea in the middle of... More

My husband and I challenged ourselves by doing the helicopter trip to Wai-Rata, and it was amazing! We have only done beginner abseiling once before (10 years ago) but signed up for this intermediate trip because it had the helicopter option. I only wish that ride was longer because it was awesome, totally worth it! Like many reviews and the... More

My husband and I booked the Big Nige trip (whole day). We had some previous canyoning experience but it's totally OK if it's your first time (you just need to be a bit adventurous). Our guide Diana was awesome. She made us feel safe and helped us overcome any doubts when jumping/abesiling/sliding. What a beautiful day out! Only regret is... More

My wife and I did a trip with Deep Canyon just after Christmas and it was an awesome day! Our guides Dave and Diana were fantastic and made us feel very comfortable and safe despite us having no previous canyoning experience. We thought the trip was good value for money and can't recommend it highly enough!

Jeremy our guide was a legend. He knows his stuff back the front. I couldn't believe how much fun it was. Abseiling down waterfalls and sliding down rocks. Jumping into pools some add high as 7m up. I was a beginner and was trained adequately and felt very competent by the end of it. I can't wait to do this... More
