The Marina area is very nice with a relaxed, touristy feel. There are quite a number of places to eat of all different prices. There are also a number of clothes shops and souvenirs. This is where all the cruises and boats to the outer islands leave from. Taxi ride from Nadi approximately FJD30 but you may need to negotiate... More

A good place to have a walk around the area for some food and drinks and also local cruise trips. Also a good place to collect souvenirs for your near and dear ones.

My husband and I enjoyed a couple of hours shopping and soaking up the port scenery last week. We also had the best coffee we have experienced in Fiji at the café right on the marina. This was our first visit to this area and we really enjoyed looking around. Great shopping for T shirts etc to bring home.

It was scenic and the shops have everything you need for a cruise or island stay. There were several stores with clothing, big brim sun hats, swimsuits, etc. We bought big bottles of water, batteries and snacks at a grocery store. Then we had lunch before boarding our cruise.

Great shopping and plenty of food choice outlets! Everyone is so friendly. Everything is sign posted well and clean. Lots of tours on offer for the day trippers, or the shopping buffs like myself.

The Marina was a little quiet during the day but comes alive at night with plenty of restaurants to choose from, live music and the kind of buzz that makes people watching interesting. There's even a Hard Rock Cafe but I'd advise against eating there as the food is pretty generic.

This is a great place to spend some time while you are waiting for transport or for the ferry. The ferry will also hold your bags while you have a look around the many shops. There is a small supermarket with good prices, The Hard Rock Café, a money exchange, a Westpac bank, lots of eating places and clean toilets.... More

Upon arrival we were directed towards the marina, which was an easy walk, once there we found everything we needed for both fun and relaxation. This is truly the hub of the island, there is something for everyone, including a money exchange with NO added fees.

Caught a Bula Bus $8.50 for a day pass. Enjoyed a meal at Lulus bar and restaurant and an Italian restaurant.
