The Marina is well designed and close to resorts and the shops and cafes are clean and staff friendly

It's the gateway to the island resorts and water sports & fishing but also a great place to go to shop for souvenirs, have some cocktails while enjoying the marina view or to dine out. There are around 7 bars and restaurants to choose from and I recommend Cardos, Indigos and Lulus in particular.

We had a 12 hour lay over in Fiji en route to Australia, and found this very a nice place to visit. Good restaurants, shopping and Boat tours.

The place where boat visits to the islands are funnelled through. Its a classic tourist transition point that displays all the signs of commercial opportunism. Its definitely not an elegant transition to the beautiful islands of Fiji and not a place to spend too much time in. The Government should look very closely at decentralising this area and regulating the... More

We had dinner down there one night at the Hard Rock Cafe, very pleasant, excellent music, atmosphere and food wasn't too bad. The told us the eftpos wasn't working so we paid cash, but they did tell us before we ordered.

The food is reasonably priced and there are options, food wise. You can also do a bit of shopping. Blue bus goes there and the cost is $7 for a return visit or you can walk along the beach from the resort to the pier.

Nicely maintained marina. Quite functional with bars, restaurants, small supermarket, ice cream shop, ATM etc. You can book your boat trips, activities at this place. Also a stop for Bula Bus. Usually you come to this place once in your Fiji trip. Good place to buy water bottles, if you are going to a resort.
