It's a fun place indeed. Fabulous restaurants and all the aqua sports action begin here. Place worth just hanging about and watching people go by.

On the Denarau Island Bulla Bus route is definitely worth a stop over should time permit. Contains heaps of restaurants, cafes and bars for when you need a break from the resorts. Also has a very good spa at cheaper rates than resorts, Westpac bank, real estate agency, car hire, supermarket, tour desk and island tour operator booking offices. Heaps... More

Great tourist shops and the prices here are much the same as Nadi town without the hasslers! Great restaurants here with unbeatable views. Taxi cost fjd7.00 .

Fijian food, impressed by staff taking children away while parents had a peaceful meal! Unfortunately the fish was not a good choice! Choose Bulamakau!

When we stay at Denarau we mostly eat at one of the restaurants at the marina. It is just a nice distance to walk from the hotel to the marina and catch a taxi back after our meal. Lots of choices and we have tried most of them!! Great place to have a late afternoon drink and watch the day... More

You can pick up supermarket basics here and perhaps a few souvenirs but overall just a touristy mall, no shops of any note that I found. Had a few great relaxed lunches at Cardos on the waterfront overlooking the port.

The marina is convenient to the Denarau resorts and had most things needed to save going in to Nadi. Convenience store is cheaper than the resorts as are the various restaurants. We also used the Pharmacy and bought some clothes.

Grab the Bula Bus (all day ticket FJD$8, kids free) from your Denarau resort and enjoy a short ride to Port Denarau. Purchased some snacks/wine at the grocery store and some souvenirs from Jack's of Fiji. A handful of restaurants to choose from with good prices and enjoyable food.
