Best time we had the captain was professional, safety conscious and fun. His crew was knowledgeable and really made the tour interesting yet fun as well. Didn't expect much and wonderfully surprised. Will definitely do this again on our next trip. Well worth the time and money. Take the last tour they spend more time and its a little longer.... More

Definitely was the highlight of our trip to PR. Mario was a great tour guide and the other 2 men on the boat were excellent too. One of them was a professional photographer and helped set cameras to the right settings to get pictures. Online reservation was easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect way to see Bio Bay. The kayaks look like fun but they limit the time you spend on the bay. Also even if you know how to kayak many others in your group may not. You can not paddle as fast as you want and must stay single file with your group which is in line behind another tour... More

I waited til 3 weeks before our trip to book this and the website said to call them as they might be able to fit us in. My husband called and no answer, I called a few days later and no answer. I was getting worried and looking at the kayaks when I finally got a call back. Just be... More

We were lucky to get on the tour as we were called from the waiting list. The tour was awesome and probably the highlight of our trip. The staff was friendly and informative and the experience was very special. Highly recommend this outing. The boat versus the kayak was perfect for our family and we got to see more of... More

Our departure time was delayed a bit due to kayak traffic; however it was well worth the wait. This experience was far superior as you had three highly knowledgeable captains on board and you got to go out much farther in the bay than the kayakers. The entire experience was an A+. The bioluminescent waters are amazing and IMHO trump... More

The biobay was magical! The water glistens in your hands casting tiny sparks across your palm. Swishing the water creates ripples of light - it was breathtaking. The tour guides were wonderful, friendly, and informative. The tour was small- 8 people- but bio island electric boat was the way to go. Passing the kayakers, they called out comments of jealousy... The staff are check in were very friendly and kind. Our tour guide, Mario, was very knowledgeable about all of our surroundings, not just bio bay. Seeing the water glow is great! When the fish swim by they look like shooting stars, it was so cool! Up close the water twinkles like the stars. There were many kayakers as well.... More

This was an excellent experience. Many people choose the kayak tours to see the bay because they want to enjoy the spirit of adventure. In this case it would be a mistake. Even those who have considerable experience kayaking cannot totally enjoy the adventure because of the crowd of close to 1000 kayaks nightly making the trip. Inexperienced kayakers make... More

My family of 4 had such a fantastic trip with this company! We were held in the traffic and so worry to be late, that we called Carlos on the road for 3 times, asking for the directions and asking him to wait for us. Luckily, we arrived there only a few minutes late than the departure time. We were... More
