Lots of boats allow you to visit the grotte nearby Bonifacio, along with the calanques. The water has wonderful colours, and there is always a guide on the boat giving interesting/funny informations (in French, actually, but probably there are some English tours as well). The view of the citadel from the sea is wonderful.

One you can get in aith the boat, freaky but magical inside! One with the shape of Napoléon's hat, another with a still water spring inside... all of these in the chalk rocks : gorgious 😊

The price for the boat-trip is 17 euro per person. The trip lasts one hour, and the view is amazing! Unfortunately the guide speaks only French, but it definitely worths the price!

The 75 minute boat trip from the marina to visit the caves and see Bonifacio from the sea was well worth it. The boats captain showed his skill in taking the boat into a cave not much wider than the boat and we were all amazed to see daylight streaking in from a large hole in the caves roof. We... More

Bonafacio is the scenic jewel of Corsica and the one hour boat cruise is the best way to enjoy it. You enter Bonafacio from N 198 highway and are greeted by several parking lots that charge by the hour to max.11 Euro. Try to get one of the lots closest to the marina particularly if mobility challenged. There is a... More

This is probably one of the best boat trip i did. I already came 10 years ago, but this is still breath taking. The view of Bonifacio from the sea is also very nice. It is great value for money and i would definetively recommend the hour excursion.

Nice, exciting and not very long or boring boat trip. I was amazed, how our ship finally fitted into the entrance of the cave. Crystal clear and blue lagunes around are also hardly accesible except getting there by boat. On the way back excellent views of Bonifacio walls. Good to start exploring city with this trip and after this experience... More

Take one of the sightseeing boats in the harbor and pay about 17 euros. You will have a boat ride for an hour and you will see some very nice caves and very clear water! If you take a longer ride, it will even bring you to an island were you can stay and enjoy the beach.
