Happy Snapper has kicked off again for the 2012 season with lots of bands, lots of people and lots of fun.Happy Snapper was established since 2002 by bass maniac Pitak Srisang, a member of top Thai bands Olarn Project and The Sun, and a regular session man in Bangkok’s recording studios.Now he performs nightly with house band The Snapper Brothers who play tracks from Miles Davis to Metallica, from Jamaica to Asia; groove and funk.We are located in beautiful Khao Lak, on Thailand’s unspoilt Andaman coast, and offer the most exciting night life in the area.We have live music from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday you can chill out with our in-house DJ. Every Wednesday night it is your turn to join our bands on stage for the weekly jam session.We look forward to seeing you. « less

“wonderful food and drinks!! must try the snapper!”

The owner is always around to check on you and even recomended our meal. Such a great deal for the money and wonderful food. 5 stars!!

“Laid back, good cheap cocktail selection, tourist hang out”

We visited here twice on our visit to Khao Lak. We went early in the evening when it opened for the night (I think it opens about 8pm). “Live music and a great atmosphere”

This bar is located on the main road in Khao Lak. If you start at Nang Thong Supermarket, cross over to the east side, and walk north and you'll find it. There is a map on their website.
