I was just passing by school's office and decided to sign up for a half-day climbing trip for 25$, which pays for transportation (tuk-tuk) and all equipment. The guides took me and few other people to one of the climbing areas around, showed me some routes, built some top-rope anchors and gave me some advice on leading the easier routes... More

Went on a full day climbing today with Adam himself who was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. The gear all seemed in great condition and even though it was raining torrentially, the crag is sheltered and the rock dry. Lunch was lovely and it was wonderful to be climbing in such a beautiful setting (and thunder and lightening!). Definitely worth... More

I went on a half day climb with Adam's and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I speak from a position of one who has climbed extensively overseas in places like the Arapiles, Arco, Yosemite and Squamish. I'm an average climber who is happy top roping a 6a (YDS 5.9, Ewbank 18). I met Adam before I signed up and found him... More

We did a half day rock climbing. It was the first time for me, but I felt very confident with our guide. My friend had more experience than me but we felt both challenged and encouraged. The view from the rocks is amazing, and even in the rain season, the wall were we climb didn't get wet and slippery. Great... More

Don't get me wrong, it's really cool to be climbing in a setting like that on actual mountains and the equipment all seemed safe. However you can't really call yourself a rock climbing 'school' if there's no teaching involved. I was taught how to do a double figure of eight knot but nothing else. My boyfriend ended up showing me... More

Jungle trek to the crag (wear Tevas or equivalent). Overhang keeps the wall dry despite the rain. Good gear. Fun climbing. Super affordable. Five solid climbs in the half-day. Would do again. It's actually the only reason we stopped in Vang Vieng, and we were happy we did (plus, the scenery doesn't hurt).

We did the halfday climbing course and had a really good time with our guide xien. Even though our levels were different (i was a beginner, my boyfriend already had experience) he managed to give us both new challenges so we were both really satisfied in the end of the day. Thank you!

We did the half day climbing session in the morning and were able to easily book through our hostel the night before after we arrived to Vang Vieng. The company picked us up directly from our hostel and took us to their office so we could get climbing shoes and they provided us with a 1.5 liter of water for... More
