I went for the full day option and I'm really glad I did. In the morning there was a group of four of us, all of whom had climbed a bit before so we go to try out a few route. We all knew how to belay and a few basic techniques so that made the set up easier. I've... More

Loved the half day with Adam's Rock Climbing school; I only had time to do a half day and I have climbed a lot before so was a bit worried that the beginner's half day would be a bit of a waste of time. However, my guide made sure that I got several challenging climbs and allowed me to belay... More

I went with a small group rock climbing for half a day. We actually got Adam as our instructor. He seemed a little quiet at first, but once you get him chatting he's good. He actually explains a lot about climbing and helps you out with directions whilst climbing. His English is great and we really had an awesome but... More

For two beginners, this was a great morning to introduce us to climbing. Adam showed us how to make a double eight knot and how to bilet other climbers. There were only 4 people in our group which was a good number. Adam was very encouraging and gave clear instructions as well as being very friendly. We felt safe at... More

After reading the reviews, I was very excited to try rock climbing. Vang Vieng is supposed to be a great spot to do so. I've been traveling around SE Asia for the last couple of months and try to climb any chance I get. I went to their store to book for the next morning for two people. I left... More

I got up early and a detachable tractor engine ride to the edge of the forest, and a short hike to the base of an amazing overhanging cliff, covered in thick vegetated stalactites. The stinging ant attack was just the welcome back to nature that I needed. I climbed with two American girls, and the local guide/charmer Adam. The three... More

I am a highly experienced rock climber, and this place is categorically UNSAFE. I have sport climbed extensively in Boulder and Tahoe as well as various parts of South America and Europe. The reviews for this place are good because the students are novices that have no clue of the fact that the guides are practicing NONE of the internationally... More

I was just passing by school's office and decided to sign up for a half-day climbing trip for 25$, which pays for transportation (tuk-tuk) and all equipment. The guides took me and few other people to one of the climbing areas around, showed me some routes, built some top-rope anchors and gave me some advice on leading the easier routes... More

Went on a full day climbing today with Adam himself who was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. The gear all seemed in great condition and even though it was raining torrentially, the crag is sheltered and the rock dry. Lunch was lovely and it was wonderful to be climbing in such a beautiful setting (and thunder and lightening!). Definitely worth... More

I went on a half day climb with Adam's and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I speak from a position of one who has climbed extensively overseas in places like the Arapiles, Arco, Yosemite and Squamish. I'm an average climber who is happy top roping a 6a (YDS 5.9, Ewbank 18). I met Adam before I signed up and found him... More
