Very nice and competent guys will show you how climbing is done if you are a beginner, and where the good parts are if you are not. Extremely fun 1 day experience.

Tried rock climbing with Adam for the first time and am hooked! Despite being ill, he showed us the principles for belaying and set up the top ropes with his helper. A half day Was just right for me, began to tire towards the end on the mixture of climbs(6, up to 6a I think) Fun puppy as well!!

Half-day costs 180K. It includes everything including a bottle of water. Half-day is also about right for beginners because you'd have tire yourself out by then. It's a really fun experience. It felt very safe. In 4 hours, I was able to make 4 climbs (super exhausted by the fourth, so I couldn't complete it). The guides will assist your... More

I did the half day one and it was my first time rock climbing. I managed to do 4 routes on the beginner level with a group of 5 people. There were many people so we took turn using each routes. Some people in my group did the medium one but it was too tiring for me. If you haven't... More

we went to adams school direct (near the thai-german restaurant) instead of booking through a another shop. spoke to adam and we he was a gentleman, he even arranged our ballon trip for a great price. All of his instructors were good at speaking english and great climbers to say the least. I believe ours was called juan. some were... More

I went to Vang Vieng hoping to climb and I did just that. Adams school is staffed with guides that know the surrounding crags inside and out, the ideal time of the day to go to the various routes and is spot on with guiding climbers of all levels. Experienced climbers and total beginners alike would do well to go... More

Adam has been a leader in the local climbing activities for a long time. There is no one who knows the area better. His guides are first class in every way. If your a first time climber Adam and his team will show you the ropes in a safe and protected manner. If your the hardcore seasoned climber Adam can... More

They have good equipment and it is a safe experience. Not really any instruction the time I went except how to tie a knot. Would have liked more teaching points on climbing. Also, we had people go and only one guide. Would have been better with a second guide.

I had never done rock climbing and thought Vang Vieng would offer me the best opportunity. Adam's Rock Climbing School was highly recommended by my guidebook so I opted for a half day and wasn't disappointed. If you're new to rock climbing, half day is perfect. PROS: #1 You are taught how to make your own knot. As a matter... More

I did in August 2015 a one day trip with Sian who was our guide and there were just two other people. As it was just the three of us we were able to do 5 routes which was more than enough. We had all some indoor climbing experience before but it's also possible for beginners as the spot provides... More
