They properly equipped us for the narrows. They showed us a short video and helped us pick out shoes and walking sticks. If you want to make it far into the narrows, stop here first. Its affordable so dont worry about it. I think it was about $30-40 for two pairs of shoes, walking sticks, and a waterproof case.

When I planned to attempt the Narrows hike during full-blown winter, I expected to only get so far down the canyon and then turn around and head back. Our goal was to reach Wall Street, in Zion Adventure Company's dry suits, at 30 degrees, with snow coming down, the river crusted with ice patches, and icicles all down the canyon... More

We picked up canyoneering/river shoes, neoprene socks, and walking sticks before hiking the Narrows along with watching the safety video. This company has put together a great brochure describing all the hikes around Zion, what you can expect on them regarding shade/exposure, difficulty, water, scenic views, etc. The employees were knowledgeable/patient with questions. Make sure when you pick out your... More

What a terrific day! We only had 3 days to spend in Zion (only 1 was a full day) and we wanted to make the most of our trip. We did the two most popular hikes (Angel's Landing and The Narrows) but we also wanted to add an element of real hands on experience with the canyons. We booked the... More

We had such a great time with our offroad tour of the ghost town, graveyard and surrounding cities of Zion. Our tour guide Brian Savage was amazing. He explained everything so well and he was patient with our inquisite 8 year old. This was well worth the money. There was 11 of us and we all were equally impressed with... More

My fiancé and I spent the afternoon on Halloween with our guide Rob. He gave us a wonderful introduction to canyoneering - very professional, thorough and lots of fun! I was nervous trying this for the first time, but he quickly put me at ease and convinced me how safe this activity can be with the right equipment and technique.... More

Went canyon wearing with Rob as our guide. Booking was quick and easy. Rob was very knowledgable and we felt safe and comfortable even though it was our first time. It was one of the highlights to our trip. Thanks Rob!

We rented the booties, shoes and walking sticks for a Narrows Hike - opened nice and early, grabbed our stuff and were on our way. The shop had a lot of equipment and convenience "stuff" for any adventure that you wanted to take on while in Zion. Prices seemed very reasonable. Made our hike much more enjoyable!!!

This was by far my wife and I's favorite day of our vacation. We booked an all day canyoneering adventure and did a bunch of rappelling, "stemming," scrambling, etc. in beautiful slot canyons just outside Zions National Park. Our guide for our trip was Claudia (pronounced "cloud"ia). She took the time to explain all of the different techniques for a... More
